Description
(1) 亜鉛-アルミニウムを主とする金属板又はめっき金属板の少なくとも片側の表面上に、金属種としてクロム及びケイ素を除く金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方から成る被膜層と、有機樹脂層を少なくとも積層してなることを特徴とする塗装金属板。
(2) 前記被膜層の平均膜厚が5μm以下であり、前記有機樹脂層の膜厚が1μm以上である(1)に記載の塗装金属板。
(3) 亜鉛-アルミニウムを主とする金属板又はめっき金属板の両側の表面上に、金属種としてクロム及びケイ素を除く金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方から成る平均膜厚5μm以下の被膜層を有し、少なくとも片側の上層に1μm以上の有機樹脂層を有してなる(1)に記載の塗装金属板。
(4) 前記被膜層の被覆率が50%以上100%未満である(1)〜(3)のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
(5) 前記被膜層が島状分布する(1)〜(4)のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
(6) 前記被膜層の厚み方向にクラックが存在する(1)〜(5)のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
(7) 金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方の金属種が、ジルコニウム又はチタンの1種以上である(1)〜(6)のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
(8) 金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方の金属種がチタンである(1)〜(7)のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
(a) 単純浸漬による金属酸化物及び金属酸化物の成膜
成膜は、室温で1〜10分間行い、成膜後、水洗し乾燥した。
(b) 白金を対極としたカソード電解による金属酸化物及び金属水酸化物の成膜
成膜は、電流密度を100mA/cm2に制御して、室温で1〜10分間行い、成膜後、水洗し、乾燥した。

5 : 剥離面積率5%以上10%未満
4 : 剥離面積率10%以上20%未満
3 : 剥離面積率20%以上50%未満
2 : 剥離面積率50%以上70%未満

Claims (8)
- 亜鉛-アルミニウムを主とする金属板又はめっき金属板の少なくとも片側の表面上に、金属種としてクロム及びケイ素を除く金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方から成る被膜層と、有機樹脂層を少なくとも積層してなることを特徴とする塗装金属板。
- 前記被膜層の平均膜厚が5μm以下であり、有機樹脂層の膜厚が1μm以上である請求項1記載の塗装金属板。
- 亜鉛-アルミニウムを主とする金属板又はめっき金属板の両側の表面上に、金属種としてクロム及びケイ素を除く金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方から成る平均膜厚5μm以下の被膜層を有し、少なくとも片側の上層に1μm以上の有機樹脂層を有してなる請求項1記載の塗装金属板。
- 前記被膜層の被覆率が50%以上100%未満である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
- 前記被膜層が島状分布する請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
- 前記被膜層の厚み方向にクラックが存在する請求項1〜5のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
- 前記金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物の一方又は両方の金属種が、ジルコニウム又はチタンの1種以上である請求項1〜6のいずれかに記載の塗装金属板。
