Claims (8)
- 아연-알루미늄이 주를 이루는 금속판 또는 도금 금속판의 적어도 한쪽 표면상에 금속 종류로서 철, 마그네슘, 니오브, 탄탈, 알루미늄, 니켈, 코발트, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 실리콘 중 1 종류 또는 2 종류 이상의 금속 산화물 또는 금속 수산화물의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두를 주로 한 피막층과 유기 수지층을 적층하여 이루어진 도장 금속판에 있어서, 상기 피막층의 피복율이 50% 이상, 100% 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 도장 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 피막층의 평균 막 두께가 5 ㎛ 이하이고, 상기 유기 수지층의 막 두께가 1㎛ 이상인 도장 금속판.
- 제1항에 있어서, 아연-알루미늄이 주를 이루는 금속판 또는 도금 금속판의 양측의 표면상에, 금속 종류로서 철, 마그네슘, 니오브, 탄탈, 알루미늄, 니켈, 코발트, 티타늄, 지르코늄, 실리콘 중 1 종류 또는 2 종류 이상의 금속 산화물 또는 금속 수산화물의 한쪽 또는 양쪽 모두를 주로 한 평균 막 두께 5 ㎛ 이하의 피막층을 가지고, 적어도 한쪽의 상층에 1 ㎛ 이상의 유기 수지층을 가지고 이루어지는 도장 금속판.
- 삭제
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 피막층이 섬 형상으로 분포하는 도장 금속판.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 하나의 항에 있어서, 상기 피막층의 두께 방향으로 크랙이 존재하는 도장 금속판.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 금속 산화물 또는 금속 수산화물의 한쪽 또는 양쪽의 금속의 종류가 지르코늄, 티타늄 또는 규소의 1종 이상인 도장 금속판.
