Claims (2)
- 기재와,상기 기재 상에 설치되고, 도전 저해 물질로서의 무정형탄소와 상기 무정형탄소 중에 균일하게 분산한 카본 블랙, 흑연, 코크스 가루로부터 선택된 탄소 분말을 포함하며, 상기 무정형탄소와 상기 탄소 분말의 비율을 조절하는 것에 의해 조절되는 고유 저항값을 갖는 탄소계 발열층을 구비하는 정착용 히터.
- 탄소 함유 수지에, 카본 블랙, 흑연, 코크스 가루로부터 선택된 탄소 분말을 균일하게 혼합하여 혼합물을 형성하고,상기 혼합물의 층을 기재 상에 설치하고,상기 기재 상에 설치된 상기 혼합물을 불활성 분위기 중에서 소성하여 상기 탄소 함유 수지를 탄소화해 발열층을 형성하고,상기 탄소 함유 수지와 상기 탄소 분말의 혼합비를 조절하는 것에 의해 발열층의 고유 저항값을 조절하는 단계를 구비하는 정착용 히터의 제조 방법.
