Claims (9)
- 중합체 폴리올의 뱃치 또는 반뱃치식 제조를 위한 방법으로서, 하기의 단계를 포함하는 방법:(1) 1종 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를, 중합반응 개시제, 거대 단량체(macromer) 및 예비 형성된 중합체 폴리올의 존재하에, 베이스 폴리올 중에서 중합시킴으로써 씨드(seed)를 제조하는 단계로서,상기 베이스 폴리올은 폴리에테르 폴리올이고,상기 거대 단량체는 유도된 불포화를 함유하는 폴리올이고,상기 예비 형성된 중합체 폴리올은 1 종 이상의 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체, 중합반응 개시제, 거대 단량체 및 베이스 폴리올을 반응기에 첨가하기 전에 첨가되는 중합체 폴리올, 또는 이전의 중합체 폴리올 제조시 계 내 (in situ) 에서 형성된 후 반응기에 잔류된 중합체 폴리올이고,상기 예비 형성된 중합체 폴리올로부터 유래된 중합체의 양이 단계(1)의 반응이 수행된 후에 존재하는 중합체의 총량을 기준으로, 0.5-50 중량% 인 단계,(2) 단계(1)에서 수득한 씨드에 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체를 추가로 첨가하는 단계, 및(3) 단계(2)에서 수득한 혼합물을 중합하는 단계.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 단계(2)에서 폴리에테르 폴리올인 베이스 폴리올을 추가로 첨가하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 최종 생성물에 존재하는, 단계(1)에서 유래된 중합체의 양이 3-30 중량%인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 베이스 폴리올의 명목 분자량이 1500-15000의 범위이고, 평균 명목 작용기성(Fn)이 2.0 이상인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 에틸렌성 불포화 단량체가 몰비율이 50:50-100:0인 스티렌 및 아크릴로니트릴인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중합가능한 이중 결합을 함유하지 않은 고리형 디카르복실산 무수물과 폴리올을 반응시키고, 이렇게 수득한 첨가생성물을, 중합가능한 이중 결합을 함유한 에폭시드 화합물과 이후에 반응시킴으로써 거대 단량체를 수득하는 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 고리형 디카르복실산 무수물이 프탈릭 무수물인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따라 제조된 중합체 폴리올 및 폴리이소시아네이트 성분을 포함하는 조성물을 발포시킴으로써 수득할 수 있는 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체.
- 제 8 항에 따른 연질 폴리우레탄 발포체를 포함하는 성형품.
