Claims (15)
- 식품을 용기내에 넣고, 이 식품이 들어 있는 용기를, 연통구멍을 뚫어 설치한 1차 필름으로 봉하여 막아 용기 봉입식품으로 하고, 구배지붕을 갖는 커버체로 상기 용기 봉입식품을 덮으며, 이 용기 봉입식품을, 증기 유입부를 하부에 구비하며 증기 배출부를 상부에 구비한 가열 용체내에 다수 배치하고, 상기 커버체를 향하여 상기 증기 유입부로부터 가열 용체내에 수증기를 유입하게 함과 함께, 이 유입된 수증기를 상기 증기 배출부로부터 배출하면서 용기 봉입식품을 가열처리하고, 이 가열처리에 있어서, 상기 증기 유입부로부터의 수증기 유입량을 조정함으로써, 상기 가열 용체내의 가열온도제어를 행하고, 이 가열처리종료후, 상기 1차 필름의 위로부터 상기 연통구멍을 덮도록 하여 2차 필름을 부착하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 봉입식품의 제조방법.

- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 1차 필름에, U자형상 혹은 V자형상 또는 X자형상의 절개부분을 형성하여 이 절개부분을 상기 연통구멍으로 한 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 봉입식품의 제조방법.

- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 연통구멍은, 절단구에 의해 1차 필름에 상기 절개부분을 형성하는 것과 동시에 절개부분의 절단편에 위를 향해 올리는 작업을 행하거나 혹은, 절개부분을 형성한 후, 이 절개부분의 절단편에 위를 향해 올리는 작업을 행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 봉입식품의 제조방법.

- 제 1 에 있어서, 1000기압 이상의 고압처리를 실시한 식품을 용기내에 넣고, 이 식품이 들어 있는 용기를, 연통구멍을 뚫어 설치한 1차 필름으로 봉하여 막아 용기 봉입식품으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 봉입식품의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 1000기압 이상의 고압처리를 실시한 식품을 용기내에 넣고, 이 식품이 들어 있는 용기를, 연통구멍을 뚫어 설치한 1차 필름으로 봉하여 막아 용기 봉입식품으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 용기 봉입식품의 제조방법.
