Abstract
Description
Claims (60)
- 광확산면과 광방출영역을 가지는 공동부;공동부의 내부에 배치되고, 광을 방출하는 광원;상기 공동부의 내부에서 광 경로 상에 위치되고, 날개 모양의 돌출부와, 광입사면과, 상기 광입사면으로부터 떨어져 있는 리세스부를 가지고, 광을 상기 날개 모양의 돌출부로 유도하는 광확산장치; 및상기 공동부의 내부에서 광 경로 상에 위치하며, 제1 파형 배열을 가지는 제1 광조절면;을 포함하고,상기 날개 모양의 돌출부는 리세스부에 인접하게 위치되고, 광입사면은 광원과 리세스부 사이에 위치하며,제1 광조절면은 광원과 광확산장치 사이 또는 광확산장치에 위치하거나, 또는 광확산장치가 광원과 제1 광조절면 사이에 위치하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산면은 균등확산면(Lambertian surface)이고,상기 광확산장치는 길이 방향으로 연장 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,제1 표면과, 상기 제1 표면 반대쪽의 제2 표면을 가지며, 상기 제1 표면 상에 상기 제1 광조절면이 형성된 광학필름을 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광학필름은, 상기 제2 표면 상에 형성되는 제2 광조절면을 더 포함하고,상기 제2 광조절면은 상기 제1 파형 배열과는 서로 다른 배열 방향으로 연장된 제2 파형 배열을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광학필름은 상기 광방출영역 상에 놓인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 광학필름은 상기 광확산장치와 광원 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광조절면은 상기 광입사면에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 제1 광조절면은 상기 광확산장치에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,상기 광확산장치는 서로 다른 굴절률을 가진 두 가지 종류의 물질을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,광을 집속하기 위해 상기 광원과 광확산장치 사이에 위치하는 광집속부재를 더 포함하고,상기 제1 광조절면은 상기 광집속부재에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1 광조절면은 광원과 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 제1 광조절면은 상기 광확산장치와 대향하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 광확산장치와 광집속부재는 일체로 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 광집속부재는 광원에 상응하는 홈을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,광을 상기 광확산장치로 전송하기 위한 광전송부재를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 광전송부재는 광섬유소자 및 광파이프로 구성되는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리세스부는 V자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 리세스부는 U자 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원은 점광원인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원은 반도체 발광소자인 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원은 복수의 발광소자를 포함하고,적어도 두 개의 발광소자는 서로 다른 색상의 광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광원은 백색광을 방출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 광확산장치의 재료는 아크릴 수지, COC, PMMA, PC, PC/PMMA, 폴리에테르이미드(Polyetherimide), 플루로카본폴리머(Fluorocarbon polymer), 실리콘, 또는/및 그 조합을 포함하는 그룹 중에서 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 조명 장치.
- 광원의 광이 입사되는 광입사면;상기 광의 경로 상에 배치된 날개 모양의 돌출부;상기 광입사면으로부터 떨어져서 위치하는 리세스부; 및파면 방향으로 형성된 파형 배열을 가지는 광조절면;을 포함하고,리세스부는 날개 모양의 돌출부에 인접하게 위치되고, 광조절면은 상기 광의 경로 상에 배치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 광조절면은 상기 광입사면 상에 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 광조절면은 상기 리세스부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 광조절면은 상기 날개 모양의 돌출부에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 날개 모양의 돌출부는 반사면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 날개 모양의 돌출부는 굴절면을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 리세스부는 상기 광입사면을 향하는 정점을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 리세스부는 광을 반사하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 날개 모양의 돌출부는 길이 방향으로 연장된 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제32항에 있어서,상기 파면 방향은 상기 길이 방향과 평행한 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
- 제24항에 있어서,상기 광조절면은 서로 다른 굴절율을 가진 두 가지 종류의 물질 사이에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 광확산장치.
