- 光拡散デバイスであって、
翼状突起部と、
光入射面と、
前記光入射面から離れて配置される凹部と、
波面方向に形成される波状配列を含む光学調節面と、
を有し、
前記凹部の両側は、前記光入射面を通過して前記光拡散デバイスに入射した光束の一部を反射する、光拡散デバイス。 - 前記光学調節面は、前記光入射面に形成される、
