Description
Claims (19)
- N,N-다이메틸아크릴아마이드 2 내지 7질량%를 포함하는 겔에 핵산, 단백질 및 지질에서 선택되는 생체관련 물질이 고정된 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔.
- 하기 조성을 포함하는 겔에 핵산, 단백질 및 지질에서 선택되는 생체관련 물질이 고정된 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔:(a) N,N-다이메틸아크릴아마이드 2 내지 7질량%; 및(b) 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 적어도 2개 이상 갖는 다작용 단량체 0.1 내지 1.5질량%.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,생체관련 물질이 핵산인 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔.
- 삭제
- 제 2 항에 있어서,에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 적어도 2개 이상 갖는 다작용 단량체가 메틸렌비스아크릴아마이드인 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔.
- N,N-다이메틸아크릴아마이드 2 내지 7질량%를 포함하는 겔에 핵산, 단백질 및 지질에서 선택되는 생체관련 물질을 고정하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제 1 항에 따른 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,겔이 N,N-다이메틸아크릴아마이드 2 내지 7질량%를 에틸렌성 불포화 결합을 적어도 2개 이상 갖는 다작용 단량체 0.1 내지 1.5질량%의 존재하에 반응시켜 수득된 것인, 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔이 중공 관상체의 중공부에 충전되어 있는, 겔 충전 중공 관상체.
- 제 8 항에 있어서,중공 관상체가 중공 섬유인 겔 충전 중공 관상체.
- 제 8 항에 따른 겔 충전 중공 관상체를 복수개 집속하고, 수득되는 집속물을 관상체의 긴 방향에 교차하는 방향으로 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이의 제조방법.
- 하기 공정을 포함하는 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이의 제조방법:(1) 중공 관상체를 복수개 집속하는 공정;(2) 수득된 집속물의 각 관상체의 중공부에 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔을 충전시키는 공정; 및(3) 집속물을 관상체의 긴 방향에 교차하는 방향으로 절단하는 공정.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 따른 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔이 마이크로어레이의 평면 기판 상에 있는 복수의 구획에 배치되어 있는, 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,각 구획의 표면적이 10-6m2 이하인 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이.
- 제 12 항에 있어서,구획이 기판 상의 홈 또는 관통 구멍인 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이.
- 제 8 항에 따른 겔 충전 중공 관상체를 복수개 집속시킨 집속물을 중공 관상체의 긴 방향에 교차하는 방향으로 절단하여 수득되는, 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이.
- 제 15 항에 있어서,중공 관상체가 중공 섬유인 생체관련 물질 고정화 겔 마이크로어레이.
- 검체를 제 12 항에 따른 마이크로어레이와 반응시켜 검체 중에서 핵산 및 단백질에서 선택되는 측정 대상을 검출하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 측정 대상의 검출 방법.
- 제 17 항에 있어서,측정 대상이 핵산인 측정 대상의 검출 방법.
- 제 18 항에 있어서,핵산이 100 염기 이하의 길이를 갖는 것인 측정 대상의 검출 방법.
