Claims (22)
- 원환상 토출구를 갖는 중공사 성형 노즐을 이용하여, 상기 원환상 토출구로부터 열가소성 수지와 유기 액체를 포함하는 용융 혼련물을 토출하고, 얻어진 다층 중공사상물로부터 상기 유기 액체를 추출 제거하는 열유도 상 분리법에 의해 다공성 다층 중공사막을 제조하는 방법에 있어서, 상기 중공사 성형 노즐이 동심원상으로 배치된 원환상 토출구를 2개 이상 갖고, 인접하는 토출구로부터는 서로 다른 조성의 용융 혼련물이 토출되고, 1개 이상의 상기 원환상 토출구로부터 토출되는 용융 혼련물이 무기 미분도 포함하고, 얻어진 다층 중공사상물로부터 상기 무기 미분도 추출 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 원환상 토출구로부터 토출되는 상기 용융 혼련물 중, 적어도 토출량이 가장 많은 용융 혼련물에는, 상기 열가소성 수지와 상기 유기 액체에 더하여 상기 무기 미분이 혼련되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 무기 미분이 미분 실리카인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 1개의 상기 원환상 토출구로부터 토출되는 용융 혼련물에 무기 미분이 5 질량% 이상 40 질량% 이하 포함되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 용융 혼련물에 대한, 유기 액체의 질량비 D, 무기 미분의 질량비 S, 및 상기 무기 미분이 단위 질량당 상기 유기 액체를 흡유하는 최대 질량 M이 0.2≤(D/S)/M≤2의 관계를 만족시키는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접하는 원환상 토출구로부터 토출되는 상기 용융 혼련물에 포함되는 상기 유기 액체 중 1종 이상은 공통되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 인접하는 원환상 토출구로부터 토출되는 상기 용융 혼련물에 포함되는 상기 유기 액체의 종류가 모두 공통되고, 그의 조성비가 다른 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 유기 액체, 무기 미분 또는 양자의 추출 제거 전 또는 후에, 1.1배 이상 3배 이내의 연신 배율로 다층 중공사를 중공사 길이 방향으로 연신하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀 및 폴리불화비닐리덴에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 제1항 내지 제9항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 용융 혼련물의 방사구 토출시에서의 선속도 V(m/초)를 방사구 토출구의 슬릿 폭 d(m)로 나눈 방사구 파라미터 R(1/초) 중 하나 이상이 10 이상 1000 이하이도록 상기 용융 혼련물을 토출하는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법.
- 내외 적어도 2층을 포함하는 다공성 다층 중공사막이며, 열가소성 수지를 포함하고, 상기 2층 중 적어도 1층 (A)는 등방적인 3차원 메쉬 구조를 가지면서, 표면 공경이 단면 중앙 공경의 0.6배 내지 1.4배이고, 상기 2층 중 다른 1층 (B)는 표면 공경이 단면 중앙 공경의 1/2 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 1층 (B)가 등방적인 3차원 메쉬 구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 1층 (B)의 표면 공경이 0.01 ㎛ 이상 5 ㎛ 미만인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 단면 중앙 공경이 0.1 ㎛ 이상 10 ㎛ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 1층 (B)의 표면 개공률이 20% 이상 80% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 1층 (B)의 두께가 막 두께의 1/100 이상 40/100 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 1층 (A) 및 1층 (B)의 등방률이 모두 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 막 두께의 외표면으로부터 내표면에 이르는 공경 변화율을 나타내는 값인 파라미터 Q가 -0.2≤Q≤0.2가 되는 Q의 개수가, Q의 전체 측정값 수에 대하여 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 열가소성 수지가 폴리올레핀 및 폴리불화비닐리덴에서 선택된 것임을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제11항에 있어서, 내경이 0.4 mm 이상 5 mm 이하, 막 두께가 0.2 mm 이상 1 mm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제1항에 기재된 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는 다공성 다층 중공사막.
- 제10항에 기재된 다공성 다층 중공사막의 제조 방법에 의해 제조되는 것을 특징으로 하는, 내외 적어도 2층을 포함하는 다공성 다층 중공사막이며, 열가소성 수지를 포함하고, 상기 2층 중 적어도 1층 (A)는 등방적인 3차원 메쉬 구조를 가지면서, 표면 공경이 단면 중앙 공경의 0.6배 내지 1.4배이고, 상기 2층의 다른 1층 (B)는 표면 공경이 단면 중앙 공경의 1/2 미만인 다공성 다층 중공사막.
