Claims (18)
- 디카르본산으로서 디메틸테레프탈레이트 또는 테레프탈산을 주성분으로 하고, 디올 성분으로서 에틸렌글리콜을 주성분으로 제조된 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서,상기 주성분에 고유점도 0.50 ∼ 0.72dl/g를 충족하는 시클로헥산디메탄올 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 80 내지 100 중량%; 및 고유점도 0.60 ∼ 0.85dl/g를 충족하는 나프탈렌디카르본산 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 또는 스피로글리콜 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 0 내지 20 중량%;를 원료로 사용하여 공중합 폴리에스테르를 제조하고, 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르를 원료로 사용하여 제조된 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 유리전이온도가 77.5℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 디카르본산으로서 디메틸테레프탈레이트 또는 테레프탈산을 주성분으로 하고, 디올 성분으로서 에틸렌글리콜을 주성분으로 제조된 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름에 있어서,상기 주성분에, 시클로헥산디메탄올과 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트의 반복단위, 나프탈렌디카르본산과 에틸렌글리콜의 반복단위 및 스피로글리콜과 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트의 반복단위로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1성분 이상의 제1부성분 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트에서 선택되는 제2부성분을 첨가하여 공중합 폴리에스테르를 제조하되,상기 공중합 폴리에스테르가 고유점도 0.50 ∼ 0.72dl/g를 충족하는 시클로헥산디메탄올 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 94 내지 100 중량%; 및 고유점도 0.80 ∼ 0.85dl/g를 충족하는 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트 0 내지 6 중량%;를 원료로 사용하여 제조된 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 유리전이온도가 77.5℃ 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 유리전이온도가 77.5℃ 이상일 때, 상부말림 발생률이 20% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.

- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름이 주수축 방향의 수축율이 35% 내지 60%이고, 상기 주수축 방향의 직각방향의 수축율이 10% 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 헤이즈가 3 ∼ 9이고, 종방향 신도가 300 ∼ 700%인 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름.
- 삭제
- 1) 디카르본산으로서 디메틸테레프탈레이트 또는 테레프탈산을 주성분으로 하고, 디올 성분으로서 에틸렌글리콜을 주성분으로 하고, 시클로헥산디메탄올과 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트의 반복단위, 나프탈렌디카르본산과 에틸렌글리콜의 반복단위 및 스피로글리콜과 테레프탈산 또는 디메틸테레프탈레이트의 반복단위로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1성분 이상의 부성분을 첨가하여 공중합 폴리에스테르를 제조하는 단계,2) 상기 공중합 폴리에스테를 예비결정화기에 투입하고, 물을 뿌리면서 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르의 유리전이온도(Tg)+10℃ 내지 유리전이온도(Tg)+15℃까지 승온하는 초기 단계; 물을 뿌리면서 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르의 유리전이온도(Tg)+15℃ 내지 유리전이온도(Tg)+20℃까지 가열하는 중기 단계; 및 물의 양을 서서히 줄이고, 상기 공중합 폴리에스테르의 유리전이온도(Tg)+25℃ 내지 유리전이온도(Tg)+30℃ 승온시키면서 결정화시키는 단계로 수행하는 예비결정화하는 단계,3) 상기 예비결정화된 공중합 폴리에스테르를 60℃에서 130℃까지 승온조건 하에서본건조하는 단계,4) 용융 압출 단계,5) 시트 성형단계, 및6) 상기 성형된 시트를 예열, 연신, 열고정 및 냉각 공정을 순차 실시하는 후공정 단계로 수행하여 유리전이온도가 77.5℃ 이상인 제1항의 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 부성분에 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트를 더 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 예비결정화된 공중합 폴리에스테르가 시클로헥산디메탄올 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 80 내지 100 중량%; 및 나프탈렌디카르본산 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 또는 스피로글리콜 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 0 내지 20 중량%; 로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 예비결정화된 공중합 폴리에스테르가 시클로헥산디메탄올 함유 공중합 폴리에스테르 94 내지 100 중량%; 및 폴리부틸렌테레프탈레이트 또는 폴리프로필렌테레프탈레이트 0 내지 6 중량%;로 혼합되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 예비결정화된 공중합 폴리에스테르가 밀도 1.30 ∼ 1.35이고, 고유점도 0.50 ∼ 0.80dl/g이고, 색조 L(lightness)치가 50 ∼ 80이고, 색조 a(redness)치가 0 ∼ 6이고, 색조 b(yellowness)치가 -7 ∼ 1이고, 시차주사 열량계의 첫번째 승온 측정시 융해열(△Hm)이 15 ∼ 30J/g인 결정성 공중합 폴리에스테르를 1개 이상 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.

- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 시트 성형단계에 금속류의 피닝성 향상제를 상기 금속원소 기준으로 공중합 폴리에스테르 내 3 ∼ 500 ppm를 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 상기 금속류의 피닝성 향상제가 알칼리금속 또는 알칼리토금속 또는 전이금속에서 선택되는 어느 하나의 금속을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
- 제9항에 있어서, 상기 후공정 단계가 연신온도 81 ∼ 85℃이고, 연신시간 5 ∼ 20초이고, 열고정 온도 95℃ 이하이고, 열고정 시간 20초 이하이고, 상기 열고정 공정 완료직후, 냉각하는 것으로 수행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 상기 열수축성 폴리에스테르계 필름의 제조방법.
