- 화상 형성 장치(100)에 포함되는 광 주사 장치(109)로서,상기 광 주사 장치(109)는복수의 빔을 방출하는 광원(301),상기 복수의 빔을 회전 편향하는 회전 다면경(303),상기 회전 편향된 복수의 빔이 통과하는 렌즈(305), 및상기 화상 형성 장치(100)에 제공되는 동일한 감광체(111) 상의 상기 복수의 빔들 간의 주 주사 방향 어긋남에 관련된 데이터를 유지하는 유지부 - 각각의 데이터는 상기 광 주사 장치(109)가 상기 화상 형성 장치(100)에 포함되기 전에 상기 렌즈(305)를 통과한 상기 복수의 빔 중 대응하는 하나의 빔을 검출함으로써 미리 결정됨 -를 포함하고,상기 광 주사 장치(109)가 상기 화상 형성 장치(100)에 포함되는 경우, 상기 주 주사 방향 어긋남에 관련된 상기 각각의 데이터는 상기 화상 형성 장치(100)에 의해 이용되어 상기 동일한 감광체 상의 상기 복수의 빔들 간의 주 주사 방향의 어긋남을 보정하는 광 주사 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 주 주사 방향 어긋남에 관련된 데이터는 상기 동일한 감광체 상의 상기 복수의 빔들 간의 상기 주 주사 방향으로의 기입 시점의 어긋남을 보정하기 위한 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 기입 시점의 어긋남을 보정하기 위한 각각의 데이터는 각 빔에 대하여 상기 유지부 내에 유지되는 광 주사 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 주 주사 방향 어긋남에 관련된 데이터는 상기 동일한 감광체 상의 상기 복수의 빔들 간의 주 주사 방향으로의 배율 차를 보정하기 위한 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 배율 차를 보정하기 위한 각각의 데이터는 각 빔에 대하여 상기 유지부 내에 유지되는 광 주사 장치.
- 제9항에 있어서,상기 주 주사 방향 어긋남에 관련된 데이터는 상기 복수의 빔들에 대한 각 발광점이 형성되는 위치의 오차로 인한 기입 위치 어긋남에 관련된 데이터를 포함하며, 상기 기입 위치 어긋남에 관련된 각각의 데이터는 각 빔에 대하여 상기 유지부 내에 유지되는 광 주사 장치.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 유지부는 메모리(204) 또는 바코드 라벨인 광 주사 장치.
- 제13항에 있어서,상기 어긋남에 관련된 데이터를 나타내는 수치 데이터는 상기 바코드 라벨에 기록되는 광 주사 장치.
- 제9항 기재의 광 주사 장치(109)가 포함되는 화상 형성 장치(100)로서,상기 화상 형성 장치(100)는상기 광 주사 장치에 장착되는 상기 유지부로부터 어긋남에 관련된 각각의 데이터를 입력하는 입력부, 및입력된 각각의 데이터에 기초하여 상기 광원의 발광 제어를 수행하는 제어부를 포함하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제15항에 있어서,상기 제어부는 상기 어긋남에 관련된 데이터에 포함되는 배율 데이터에 기초하여 상기 복수의 빔을 구동시키기 위한 클럭 신호를 변조하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제9항 기재의 광 주사 장치의 어긋남에 관련된 데이터를 계산하기 위한 데이터 계산 장치로서,상기 데이터 계산 장치는상기 광원(301)을 구동하기 위한 구동 신호를 발생시키는 발생부(603),상기 회전 다면경(303) 및 상기 렌즈(305) 중 적어도 하나를 통하여 도달한 상기 복수의 빔 중 대응하는 하나의 빔을 검출하는 검출부(604),상기 검출부(604)로부터 출력된 전기 신호에 기초하여 상기 어긋남에 관련된 각각의 데이터를 계산하는 계산부(601), 및상기 어긋남에 관련된 각각의 데이터를 상기 광 주사 장치(109)에 포함된 상기 유지부에 출력하는 출력부(605)를 포함하는 데이터 계산 장치.
- 화상 형성 장치(100)에 포함되는 광 주사 장치(109)에서, 상기 화상 형성 장치(100)에 상기 광 주사 장치(109)가 포함되기 전에 어긋남에 관련된 데이터를 취득하는 데이터 취득 방법으로서,상기 방법은광원으로부터, 복수의 빔을 방출하는 단계(S801),회전 다면경에 의해, 상기 복수의 빔을 회전 편향하는 단계,상기 복수의 회전 편향된 빔이 렌즈를 통과하는 단계,상기 렌즈를 통과한 상기 복수의 빔 중 대응하는 하나의 빔을 검출하는 단계(S802),상기 화상 형성 장치에 제공된 감광체 상의 상기 복수의 빔들 간의 주 주사 방향 어긋남을 측정하는 단계(S803), 및상기 측정된 어긋남에 관련된 데이터를 상기 광 주사 장치의 유지부에 기입하는 단계(S804)를 포함하는 데이터 취득 방법.
