- 0.0003 질량% ≤ C ≤ 0.003 질량%, Si ≤ 0.01 질량%, Mn ≤ 0.1 질량%, P ≤ 0.02 질량%, 0.005 질량% ≤ S ≤ 0.01 질량%, 0.0005 질량% ≤ N ≤ 0.0025 질량%, 0.015 질량% ≤ 산가용 Ti ≤ 0.07 질량%, 0.001 질량% ≤ 산가용 Al ≤ 0.003 질량%, 또한 0.002 질량% ≤ La + Ce + Nd ≤ 0.02 질량%, 잔 량부가 철 및 불가피적 불순물로 이루어지는 극저탄소강의 냉연 어닐링 강판의 제조 방법이며,제강공정에서는,산가용 Al 농도가 0.001 질량% 이상, 0.003 질량% 이하로 되도록 조정해서 Al을 첨가한 후에, 산가용 Ti 가 0.015 질량% ≤ 산가용 Ti ≤ 0.07 질량%로 되도록 조정해서 첨가한 후에,La, Ce, Nd 중 1 종류 이상의 농도의 합이 0.002 질량% 이상, 0.02 질량% 이하로 되도록 조정해서 첨가한 후에,La 산화물, Ce 산화물, Nd 산화물 중 1 종류 이상과 Ti 산화물의 복합 개재물과, 세륨옥시설파이드(Cerium oxysulfide), 란탄옥시설파이드(Lanthanum oxysulfide), 네오디뮴옥시설파이드(Neodymium oxysulfide) 중 1 종류 이상을 동시에 형성한 후에,연속주조를 행하고, 주조편을 제조하고, 일단 냉각한 후에,열연공정에서는, 1200 ℃ 이하에서 재가열한 후에 열간압연하고, 800 ℃ 이하에서 권취하고, 열연강판을 제조하고,이어지는 냉연공정에서는 70% 이상의 압연을 행하고, 냉연강판을 제조하고,이어지는 연속 어닐링 공정에서는, 어닐링 온도를 600 ℃ 내지 780 ℃로 하고, 냉연 어닐링 강판을 제조하고, 어닐링 온도가 780 ℃에서 제조한 강판의 재결정 입경이 15 ㎛ 이상, r치가 2.0 이상, 및 전체 연신율이 50 % 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 극저탄소강의 냉연 어닐링 강판의 제조 방법.
