Claims (10)
- (a)수성 서스펜션 중합에 의해 제조된 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체의 물을 제거하여, 물이 제거된 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 3~35 중량%의 잔류 수분양을 갖는 물이 제거된 공중합체를 제공하는 단계; 및(b)H2SO4 당량을 기준으로 95~105 %H2SO4 당량값을 갖는 황산 또는 발연황산의 존재하에서, 유기 팽창 용매의 부재하 또는 0.5 중량% 이하의 유기 팽창 용매의 존재하에, 105~140℃의 온도에서 20분~20시간동안 상기 물이 제거된 공중합체를 술폰화하는 단계;를 포함하는 술폰화된 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체의 제조 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체는 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 중합된 디비닐벤젠 단량체 단위를 1~50 중량% 포함하는 스티렌/에틸비닐벤젠/디비닐 벤젠 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체는 겔상 공중합체임을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체는 가압 습윤 스크리너, 원심분리기 스크리너, 벨트 필터 프레스, 스크류 프레스, 필터 프레스, 원심분리기, 중력 분리기, 밀도 분리기, 회전식 드럼 분리기, 에어나이프 (airknife) 물제거 시스템, 팬필터, 리프(leaf) 프레셔 필터 및 디스크 필터 중 하나 혹은 그 이상으로부터 선택된 물제거 장치에 의해 물이 제거되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서, 상기 물제거 장치는 원심분리기 스크리너 및 중력 분리기 중 하나 혹은 그 이상으로부터 선택되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물이 제거된 공중합체는 4~7 중량%의 잔류 수분양을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물이 제거된 공중합체는 H2SO4 당량을 기준으로 96~100 %H2SO4 당량값을 갖는 황산 또는 발연황산의 존재하에서 술폰화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물이 제거된 공중합체는 115~135℃의 온도에서 술폰화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- 제 1항에 있어서, 상기 물이 제거된 공중합체는 물이 제거된 공중합체 1중량부당 4~8 중량부 비율의 황산 또는 발연황산 존재하에서 술폰화되는 것을 특징으로 하는 방법.
- (a)원심분리기 스크리너로 수성 서스펜션 중합에 의해 제조된 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체의 물을 제거하여 물이 제거된 공중합체의 중량을 기준으로 4~7 중량%의 잔류 수분양을 갖는 물이 제거된 공중합체를 제공하는 단계; 및(b)H2SO4 당량을 기준으로 96~99 % H2SO4 당량값을 갖는 황산의 존재하에서, 유기 팽창 용매의 부재하 또는 0.5 중량% 이하의 유기 팽창 용매의 존재하에, 125~135℃의 온도에서 2~6시간동안 상기 물이 제거된 공중합체를 술폰화하는 단계;를 포함하는 술폰화된 가교 폴리(비닐아로마틱) 공중합체의 제조 방법.
