Claims (3)
- 내직경 8∼23mm의 합성 석영 유리로 이루어지는 유리관과, 이 유리관의 양단에 L(cm)의 간격으로 한쌍의 필라멘트를 구비하고, 내부에 희가스와 적어도 수은을 포함하는 금속을 봉입하여 이루어지는 방전등에 있어서,점등시의 램프 전압(V(V))과, 램프 전류(I(A)), 필라멘트간 거리(L(cm)), 방전로의 내직경(D(mm))에 대하여,또한, 2.6 ≤ X ≤ 4.2의 관계식을 가지고,단, Vf는 점등 전원에 의존하는 정수 요인으로, 1kHZ 이상의 고주파 전원으로 점등한 경우는 Vf= 10으로 하고, 1kHZ 미만인 전원으로 점등한 경우는 Vf= 50으로 하며, 램프 전류(I)는 0.4∼1.4A로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 방전등.
- 제 1 항 기재의 방전등을 사용하는 자외선 조사 장치에 있어서,상기 방전등; 및상기 방전등으로부터 방사되는 자외선을 처리 대상에 대해 조사하는 처리 장치를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치.
- 제 2 항 기재의 자외선 조사 장치를 운용하는 방법에 있어서,상기 처리 장치에 있어서 상기 방전등을 다수등 설치하고, 설치된 다수의 등 중 소정수의 등을 소등하고 나머지를 점등하고, 이 소등 및 점등하는 방전등의 조합을 시간적 경과에 따라 변경하도록 한 것을 특징으로 하는 자외선 조사 장치의 운용 방법.
