Claims (6)
- 화소 전극과 대향 전극을 가지는 제1의 기판과,상기 제1의 기판과 대향배치된 제2의 기판과,표시 영역을 둘러싸도록 틀 모양으로 형성되어, 상기 제1의 기판과 상기 제2의 기판을 접착하는 씰재와,상기 제1의 기판과 상기 제2의 기판과 상기 씰재로 형성되는 공간에 설치된 액정과,상기 제2의 기판의 상기 액정측의 면에 형성되어, 상기 표시 영역에 설치된 오버코트 막을 구비하고,상기 오버코트 막은, 상기 오버코트 막의 외형단이 상기 씰재의 외형단보다 내측에 배치되어, 상기 씰재의 외형단을 초과하지 않고 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제 1항에 있어서,상기 오버코트 막은, 0.1mHz의 주파수에 있어서 비저항이 1.0×1016Ω·cm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치.
- 제1의 기판위에 화소 전극과 대향 전극을 형성하는 공정과,제2의 기판에 오버코트 막을 형성하는 공정과,상기 제1의 기판 또는 상기 제2의 기판에 표시 영역을 둘러싸도록 틀 모양의 씰재를 형성하는 공정과,상기 씰재에 의해 상기 제1의 기판과 상기 제2의 기판을 서로 붙여, 상기 제1의 기판과 상기 제2의 기판 사이에 액정을 끼우는 공정을 구비하고,상기 표시 영역에 설치된 상기 오버코트 막은, 상기 오버코트 막의 외형단이 상기 씰재의 외형단에서 내측에 배치되어, 상기 씰재의 외형단을 초과하지 않고 배치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항에 있어서,상기 제1의 기판과 상기 제2의 기판을 서로 붙인 후, 상기 액정을 주입하기 전에 25℃이상으로 가열하는 공정을 더 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 4항에 있어서,상기 가열하는 공정은 133.3 Pa 이하의 감압 상태에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
- 제 3항, 제 4항 또는 제 5항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 오버코트 막은, 0.1mHz의 주파수에 있어서 비저항이 1.0×1016Ω·cm이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 액정표시장치의 제조 방법.
