Claims (6)
- 상담지체(像擔持體)에 화상 형성을 위해 노광하는 광 주사 유닛의 투광부를 클리닝하는 클리닝 기구를 구비하는 화상 형성 장치로서,상기 클리닝 기구는 선단부에 상기 투광부 위를 슬라이딩하여 상기 투광부의 표면을 클리닝할 수 있는 패드를 구비하는 클리닝 로드와,상기 클리닝 로드를 상기 투광부의 길이 방향으로 슬라이드 가능하게 유지하는 유지 기구를 가지며,상기 유지 기구는 상기 클리닝 로드의 삽입 시에, 상기 광 주사 유닛의 표면으로부터 상기 패드가 이격되도록 상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부를 슬라이드 가능하게 유지하는 동시에, 상기 클리닝 로드의 인출 시에, 상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부와 걸어 맞추어 상기 패드를 상기 광 주사 유닛의 투광부의 표면에 접촉시키는 가이드 레일을 구비하고, 상기 클리닝 로드가 삽입 완료 위치에 있는 상태에서, 상기 패드가 상기 광 주사 유닛 위이면서 상기 광 주사 유닛으로부터 이격된 위치에 유지하는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 유지 기구는, 상기 클리닝 로드의 삽입 시에, 상기 삽입 완료 위치의 앞쪽에서 상기 가이드 레일의 종단부로부터 이탈한 상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부를 상기 광 주사 유닛의 표면으로부터 이격된 위치에서 수용하는 수용부를 더 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 수용부는 상기 클리닝 로드의 삽입 방향에 대하여 반대 방향으로 경사져 형성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유지 기구는 상기 수용부와 걸어 맞추는 상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부를 상기 광 주사 유닛을 향하여 가압하는 가압 부재를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유지 기구는 상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부가 삽입되는 삽입구를 구비하는 가이드 부재를 가지며,상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부는 상기 삽입구에 형성된 역삽입 방지용 홈에 끼워 맞추는 역삽입 방지용 돌기를 구비하고,상기 가압 부재는 상기 역삽입 방지용 돌기와 걸어 맞추는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
- 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 유지 기구는, 상기 클리닝 로드의 인출 시에, 상기 패드가 상기 투광부의 표면을 슬라이딩하면서 통과한 후에, 상기 광 주사 유닛과 상기 가이드 레일 사이를 이동하는 상기 클리닝 로드의 선단부를 상기 가이드 레일 위에 안내하여 상기 패드를 상기 광 주사 유닛으로부터 이격시키는 안내부를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 화상 형성 장치.
