- (1)(A)액체 매질; 및(B)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 50 중량% 이하를 함유한 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금을 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 기질에 도포하고;(2)기질상의 도포된 코팅 조성물을 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 내식성 코팅 기질의 제조방법.
- (1)(A)액체 매질;(B)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 50 중량% 이하를 함유한 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금; 및(C)실란 결합제를 포함하는 조성물로부터의 무-크롬 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 코팅 기질.
- 제 74 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물과 유기 액체 중 하나 이상이고 존재할 경우 물이 코팅 조성물의 25 중량% 이상의 양으로 존재하고, 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금이 알루미늄, 마그네슘, 주석, 니켈, 코발트 및 망간 중 하나 이상과 합금된 아연 또는 아연과 이러한 아연 합금의 혼합물인 코팅 기질.
- 제 74 항에 있어서, 아연이 주석과 알루미늄 중 하나 이상과 합금되고, 알루미늄과 합금된 아연은 20 중량% 이하의 알루미늄을 함유하며, 반면에 주석과 합금된 아연은 30 중량% 이하의 주석을 함유하는 코팅 기질.
- 제 74 항에 있어서, 실란 결합제가 알콕시 그룹을 함유하는 수-환원성 유기작용 결합제이고, 실란 결합제가 코팅 조성물의 3 내지 20 중량%를 제공하고, 코팅 조성물이 6 내지 7.5 범위내의 pH를 갖고, 물을 30 중량% 이상의 양으로 함유하며, 4.5:1 이상의 물:실란 알콕시 그룹의 몰비를 갖는 코팅 기질.
- 제 74 항에 있어서, 코팅이 탑코팅되는 코팅 기질.
- (1)(A)액체 매질;(B)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 50 중량% 이하를 포함하는 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금; 및(C)실란 결합제를 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 기질에 도포하고; 코팅 조성물은 경화시, 금속 기질상에 500 이상, 그러나 실질적으로 9,000 mg/ft2 이하의 코팅을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 도포되며;(2)기질상의 도포된 코팅 조성물을 371℃(700℉)까지의 온도에서 10분 이상 열 경화시키는 단계를 포함하는, 무-크롬 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 내식성 코팅 기질의 제조방법.
- 제 79 항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이 합금 플레이크 중에 적어도 70 중량% 아연, 10 중량%까지의 페이스트 액체, 및 나머지로 추가의 합금 금속을 포함하는 아연 합금 페이스트를 갖고, 조성물이 경화시, 코팅 기질상에 코팅 1,500 mg/ft2 이상을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 도포되고, 도포된 코팅 조성물이 300℃(572℉) 내지 360℃(680℉) 범위내의 승온에서 경화되는, 무-크롬 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 내식성 코팅 기질의 제조방법.
- (1)(A)액체 매질;(B)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 또는 아연 합금 혼합물 50 중량% 이하를 포함하는 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금; 및(C)6가-크롬-제공 물질을 포함하는 코팅 조성물로부터의 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 코팅 기질.
- 제 81 항에 있어서, 액체 매질이 물과 유기 액체 중 하나 이상이고, 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금이 알루미늄, 주석, 마그네슘, 니켈, 코발트 및 망간 중 하나 이상과 합금된 아연인 코팅 기질.
- 제 81 항에 있어서, 아연이 주석과 알루미늄 중 하나 이상과 합금되고, 알루미늄과 합금된 아연은 20 중량% 이하의 알루미늄을 함유하며, 반면에 주석과 합금된 아연은 30 중량% 이하의 주석을 함유하는 코팅 기질.
- 제 81 항에 있어서, 코팅이 탑코팅되는 코팅 기질.

- 제 85 항에 있어서, 코팅 조성물이 합금 플레이크에 적어도 70 중량% 아연, 10 중량%까지의 페이스트 액체, 및 나머지로 추가의 합금 금속을 포함하는 아연 합금 페이스트를 갖고, 조성물이 경화시에, 코팅 기질상에 코팅 1,800 mg/ft2 이상을 제공하기에 충분한 양으로 도포되고, 도포된 코팅 조성물이 300℃(572℉) 내지 360℃(680℉) 범위내의 승온에서 경화되는, 무-크롬 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 내식성 코팅 기질의 제조방법.
- (A)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 50 중량% 이하를 포함하는 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금;(B)티타네이트 중합체; 및(C)티타네이트 중합체에 대한 유기 액체를 함유한 액체 비히클을 포함하는 코팅 조성물로부터의 무-크롬 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 코팅 기질.
- 제 87 항에 있어서, 액체 비히클이 물과 유기 액체의 블렌드이고, 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금이 알루미늄, 주석, 마그네슘, 니켈, 코발트 및 망간 중 하나 이상과 합금되는 아연인 코팅 기질.
- 제 87 항에 있어서, 아연이 주석과 알루미늄 중 하나 이상과 합금되고, 알루미늄과 합금된 아연은 20 중량% 이하의 알루미늄을 함유하며, 반면에 주석과 합금된 아연은 30 중량% 이하의 주석을 함유하는 코팅 기질.
- 제 87 항에 있어서, 아연 합금이, 페이스트 100 중량%를 기준으로, 합금내 85 내지 86 중량% 아연 및 합금내 4 내지 8 중량% 알루미늄을 함유하는 페이스트를 포함하고, 티타네이트 중합체가 테트라이소부틸 티타네이트, 테트라-이소프로필 티타네이트, 테트라 N-부틸 티타네이트, 테트라 에틸 티타네이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 티타네이트가 플레이크 형태의 금속 합금의 9 내지 47 중량%의 양으로 존재하고, 코팅이 탑코팅되는 코팅 기질.
- (1)(A)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 50 중량% 이하를 포함하는 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금;(B)티타네이트 중합체; 및(C)티타네이트 중합체에 대한 유기 액체를 함유한 액체 비히클을 포함하는 코팅 조성물을 도포하고;(2)기질상의 도포된 코팅 조성물을 315℃(600℉)까지의 온도에서 10분 이상 가열 경화하는 단계를 포함하는, 무-크롬 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 내식성 코팅 기질의 제조방법.
- (A)액체 매질;(B)합금 플레이크 중에 50 중량% 이상의 아연 및 나머지로 비-아연 합금 금속 50 중량% 이하를 함유한 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금; 및(C)수용성 및 수-분산성 실리카 물질 중 하나 이상을 포함하는 코팅 조성물로부터의 내식성 코팅으로 보호된 코팅 기질.
- 제 92 항에 있어서, 실리카 물질이 알칼리 금속 실리케이트, 유기 실리케이트 에스테르, 콜로이드 실리카 졸, 유기 암모늄 실리케이트 및 이들의 혼합물로 이루어진 그룹 중에서 선택되고, 조성물이 수성 액체 매질을 갖고 증점제와 금속 옥사이드 안료 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 함유하는 코팅 기질.
- 제 92 항에 있어서, 조성물이 수성 액체 매질을 갖고 증점제와 금속 옥사이드 안료 중 적어도 하나를 추가로 함유하고, 증점제가 셀룰로스 에테르와 잔탄 검 중 하나 이상이고, 금속 옥사이드 안료가 아연 옥사이드, 철 옥사이드 및 티탄 옥사이드 중 하나 이상이고, 플레이크 형태의 아연 합금이 알루미늄, 주석, 마그네슘, 니켈, 코발트 및 망간 중 적어도 하나와 합금된 아연인 코팅 기질.
- 제 92 항에 있어서, 아연이 주석과 알루미늄 중 하나 이상과 합금되고, 알루미늄과 합금된 아연은 20 중량% 이하의 알루미늄을 함유하며, 반면에 주석과 합금된 아연은 30 중량% 이하의 주석을 함유하는 코팅 기질.
