Description
Claims (5)
- 도전성을 가지는 코일과,상기 코일이 권취되는 코어와,상기 코일의 단부에 설치되는 단자부를 구비하는 기판 실장형의 인덕터에 있어서,상기 코어의 기판 실장면에 상기 코어의 높이 방향의 하방으로 오목한 오목부를 형성하고, 상기 단자부를, 절연 부재를 개재시켜서 상기 오목부 내에 들어가도록 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 코일은 평각선(平角線)으로 이루어지고, 또한 상기 평각선의 단부를 상기 단자부로 사용하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 단자부 및 상기 절연 부재에서의 상기 코어의 측면 측에 위치하는 부분은, 상기 코어의 측면과 동일 평면상에 위치하는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서,상기 코어는 2개의 코어로 이루어지고,한쪽의 코어는 상기 코일을 지지하는 중간 각부(脚部)를 구비한 E형 코어이며,다른 쪽의 코어는, 상기 E형 코어의 개방면의 커버가 되도록 배치되는 판형의 I형 코어인 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
- 제4항에 있어서,상기 오목부는 상기 I형 코어의 표면에 형성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 인덕터.
