Abstract
Description
Claims (9)
- 전기화학 전지용 애노드 전해질 조립체(6)를 제조하는 방법으로서,애노드 서멧(2), 전해질(1), 및 상기 애노드 서멧(1)과 상기 전해질(1) 측 사이에 도포된 보조층(3)을 포함하고, 상기 애노드 서멧은 니켈, 구리 및 은 산화물을 포함하는 반귀금속 산화물 및 산소 이온 전도 산화물을 함유하며,상기 보조층은 산소 이온 전도 산화물을 함유하고, 상기 조립체는 전해질 지지되며, 상기 보조층은 사실상 전부 산소 이온 전도 산화물로 구성되고,상기 보조층은 스크린 인쇄 또는 테이프 캐스팅에 의해 제공되며, 두께가 0.1 내지 10 ㎛인 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧은 Ni를 함유하는 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧의 다른쪽에는 금속 입자를 함유하는 접촉층이 도포되어 있는 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧 중의 금속 입자는 상기 접촉층 중의 금속 입자와 일치하는 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접촉층은 두께가 3 내지 10 ㎛인 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 산소 이온 전도 산화물은 플루오라이트 산화물을 포함하는 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 플루오라이트 산화물은 알칼리 금속 산화물 또는 희토류 산화물이 도핑된 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧은 산소 이온 전도 산화물을 포함하고, 상기 보조층은 상기 산소 이온 전도 산화물과 화학적 상용성이 있는 것인 애노드 전해질 조립체를 제조하는 방법.
