Description
Claims (9)
- 애노드 서멧(2) 및 이것의 전해질(1)측에 도포된 보조층(3)을 포함하고, 상기 애노드 서멧은 반귀금속 산화물 및 산소 이온 전도 산화물을 함유하는 전기화학 전지용 애노드 조립체(6)에 있어서, 상기 보조층은 약 100%의 산소 이온 전도 산화물을 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 애노드 조립체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧은 Ni를 함유하는 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 보조층은 두께가 0.1 내지 10 ㎛인 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧의 다른쪽에는 금속 입자를 함유하는 접촉층이 도포되어 있는 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧 중의 금속 입자는 상기 접촉층 중의 금속 입자와 일치하는 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서, 상기 접촉층은 두께가 3 내지 10 ㎛인 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 산소 이온 전도 산화물은 플루오라이트 산화물을 포함하는 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 제7항에 있어서, 상기 플루오라이트 산화물은 알칼리 금속 산화물 또는 희토류 산화물이 도핑된 것인 애노드 조립체.
- 선행항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 애노드 서멧은 산소 이온 전도 산화물을 포함하고, 상기 보조층은 상기 산소 이온 전도 산화물과 화학적 상용성이 있는 것인 애노드 조립체.
