Claims (19)
- 배기 통로에 구비된 배기 정화 촉매 및 연소실 용적을 변경하여 압축비를 변경하기 위한 압축비 가변 기구를 포함하는 가변 압축비 내연기관으로서,상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서의 실린더내 혼합기의 공연비가 상기 압축비의 변경 전후의 공연비와 실질적으로 동등하게 되도록 공연비에 영향을 주는 요인이 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서 연료분사량은 상기 실린더내 혼합기의 공연비가 상기 압축비의 변경 전후의 공연비와 실질적으로 동등하게 되도록 보정되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압축비가 고압축비로 변경되는 과도기간에서 상기 연료분사량을 상기 압축비가 일정하게 유지되는 기간에서보다 더 적게 하는 보정이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 연료분사량이 보정되는 실린더는 압축비가 고압축비로 변경되는 과도기간에 흡입 행정에 있는 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 압축비가 저압축비로 변경되는 과도기간에서 상기 연료분사량을 상기 압축비가 일정하게 유지되는 기간에서보다 더 크게 하는 보정이 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 연료분사량이 보정되는 실린더는 압축비가 저압축비로 변경되는 과도기간에 흡입 행정에 있는 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서 상기 연소실의 실제 용적이 검출되고, 상기 공연비에 영향을 주는 요인은 검출된 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서 연료분사량이 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 흡기 밸브, 배기 밸브, 또는 흡기 밸브 및 배기 밸브의 밸브 개도 특성을 변경하기 위한 가변 밸브 구동기구를 더 포함하고, 상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서 상기 가변 밸브 구동기구는 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 내연기관의 EGR양을 변경하기 위한 EGR 기구를 더 포함하고, 상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서 이 EGR 기구는 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 제어되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 제 7 항 내지 제 10 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 상기 공연비에 영향을 주는 요인이 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 제어되는 실린더는 상기 압축비가 변경되는 과도기간에서 배기 행정에 있는 실린더인 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관.
- 연소실의 용적을 변경하여 압축비를 변경하기 위한 압축비 가변 기구;상기 압축비 가변 기구에 의해 구현되는 상기 연소실의 실제 용적을 검출하기 위한 연소실 용적 검출 수단; 그리고상기 압축비 가변 기구에 의해 압축비가 변경되고 있는 동안에 상기 연소실 용적 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 공연비에 영향을 주는 요인을 제어하기 위한 제어 수단을 포함하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 연료분사량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
- 제 13 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 혼합기의 공연비가 목표 공연비와 동등하게 되도록 상기 연료분사량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
- 제 12 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 실린더의 흡입공기량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
- 제 15 항에 있어서, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 혼합기의 공연비가 목표 공연비와 동등하게 되도록 상기 실린더의 흡입공기량을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, 흡기 밸브, 배기 밸브 또는 흡기 밸브 및 배기 밸브의 개도 특성을 변경하기 위한 가변 밸브 구동기구를 더 포함하고, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 내연기관의 운전상태에 대응하는 목표 실린더 흡입공기량을 결정하고 상기 목표 실린더 흡입공기량 및 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 상기 가변 밸브 구동기구의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
- 제 16 항에 있어서, EGR양을 변경하기 위한 EGR 기구를 더 포함하고, 상기 제어 수단은 상기 내연기관의 운전상태에 대응하는 목표 EGR양을 결정하고 상기 목 표 EGR양 및 상기 연소실의 실제 용적에 의거하여 상기 EGR 기구의 작동을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가변 압축비 내연기관의 제어 장치.
