Claims (6)
- a) 하기 화학식 2의 5,6-O-이소프로필리덴 아스코르빈산을 다요오드음이온이 흡착된 음이온교환수지 존재 하에 화학식 3의 할로겐 화합물을 디메틸 설폭사이드, 디메틸포름아미드, 메틸피롤리돈, 디메틸아세트아마이드, 아세토나이트릴로부터 선택되는 1종 이상의 유기용매에서 반응시켜 화학식 4의 3-O-치환-5,6-O-이소프로필리덴 아스코르빈산을 제조하는 단계;b) 제조된 화학식 4의 3-O-치환-5,6-O-이소프로필리덴 아스코르빈산을 탈보호화하는 단계;를 특징으로 하는 하기 화학식 1의 3-O-치환된 아스코르빈산을 제조방법.[화학식 1][화학식 2][화학식 3][화학식 4][상기 화학식 1, 화학식 3 및 화학식 4의 R은 C1-C7의 알킬 또는 알케닐기이고, X는 할로겐 원소이다.]
- 제 1 항에 있어서,요오드음이온이 흡착된 음이온교환수지는 알칼리요오드화염과 요오드(I2)가 1 : 1 ~ 5 몰비로 제조된 다요오드음이온 용액에 상기 음이온교환수지 함유 폴리머를 침지시켜 제조된 것을 특징으로 하는 3-O-치환된 아스코르빈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,요오드음이온이 흡착된 음이온교환수지는 3-O-치환-5,6-O-이소프로필리덴 아스코르빈산의 0.5 내지 5 중량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 3-O-치환된 아스코르빈산의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,a) 단계에서의 반응온도는 상온 내지 70℃인 것을 특징으로 하는 3-O-치환된 아스코르빈산의 제조방법.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,b) 단계의 탈보호화는 퍼플루오로설폰산형 수지 존재하에 에탄올과 물 혼합용매에서 수행하는 것을 특징으로 하는 3-O-치환된 아스코르빈산의 제조방법.
