Claims (12)
- K1-yLiyTa1-xNbxO3 (KLTN: 0<x, y<1)의 조성을 갖는 결정으로 이루어지는 광도파로 재료로서,구성원소의 일부가 Zr, Hf 및 Sn으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소로 치환되고, 상기 적어도 하나의 원소의 편석계수(segregation coefficient)가 1.0을 넘으며, 상기 KLTN과 같은 페로브스카이트형 결정구조를 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 광도파로 재료.
- K1-yLiyTa1-xNbxO3 (KLTN: 0<x, y<1)인 조성을 갖는 결정으로 이루어지고, 페로브스카이트형 결정구조를 갖는 광도파로 재료의 제조방법으로서,K, Ta, Nb 및 Li를 포함하는 주원료에, Zr, Sn 및 Hf으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나의 원소를 포함하는 재료를 혼합하는 제1 공정;상기 혼합된 원료를 가열하여 고온 융액을 제조하는 제2 공정; 및상기 고온 융액을 서냉하여 결정을 석출시키는 제3 공정;을 포함하며,상기 적어도 하나의 원소의 편석계수는 1.0을 넘는광도파로 재료의 제조방법.
