Claims (7)
- 서로 교차하는 2개의 광도파로의 교차부에, 유전체 다층막을 설치하고, 상기 유전체 다층막으로의 입사광을 투과광과 반사광으로 분리하는 파장 합분파기에 있어서,상기 유전체 다층막의 다층막 두께 d가 20㎛ 보다 크고, 상기 유전체 다층막의 광입사측의 다층막 표면으로부터 상기 교차하는 2개의 광도파로의 중심의 교점까지의 거리 X가, 0≤X≤d/2인 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 합분파기.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 교차하는 2개의 광도파로는, 상기 교차부를 향해 광도파로 폭이 적어도 18㎛로 확대되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 합분파기.
- 제3항에 있어서,상기 확대된 광도파로 폭은, 상기 교차부 근방에서 일정한 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 합분파기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 광도파로의 비굴절률 차는, 0.3%∼0.45%로 설정되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 합분파기.
- 제1항, 제3항, 및 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 거리 X가, d/10≤X≤2d/5인 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 합분파기.
- 제3항 또는 제4항에 있어서,상기 교차하는 2개의 광도파로의 교차각이, 8∼12도인 것을 특징으로 하는 파장 합분파기.
