Description
Claims (14)
- 도전성 기체(基體) 위에, 적어도 전하 발생제, 전자 수송제, 정공 수송제, 결착 수지를 함유하는 감광층을 구비한 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체로서,상기 전자 수송제의 무기성 값/유기성 값(I/O값)을 0.60 이상의 값으로 하고, 또한 상기 결착 수지의 무기성 값/유기성 값(I/O값)을 0.37 이상의 값으로 하는 동시에,상기 정공 수송제의 분자량을 900 이상의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자 수송제의 무기성 값/유기성 값(I/O값)과 상기 결착 수지의 무기성 값/유기성 값(I/O값)의 비율을 1.5 내지 3.0 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결착 수지가 하기 화학식 1로 표시되는 폴리카보네이트 수지를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체:화학식 1상기 식에서,R1~R4는, 각각 독립적으로, 수소원자, 할로겐원자, 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소수 1~20의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소수 6~30의 아릴기, 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소수 1~12의 할로겐화 알킬기이고,A는 -O-, -S-, -CO-, -COO-, -(CH2)2-, -SO-, -SO2-, -CR5R6-, -SiR5R6-, 또는 -SiR5R6-O-(R5, R6는 각각 독립적으로, 수소원자, 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소수 1~8의 알킬기, 치환 또는 비치환의 탄소수 6~30의 아릴기, 트리플루오로메틸기이거나, 또는 R5와 R6가 고리를 형성하고, 치환기로서 탄소수 1~7의 알킬기를 가질 수도 있는 탄소수 5~12의 시클로알킬리덴이다)이고,B는 단일결합, -O-, 또는 -CO-이다.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 화학식 1 중의 R5와 R6의 종류가 상이하고, R5와 R6가 비대칭 관계에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 결착 수지의 점도 평균분자량을 40,000 내지 80,000 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자 수송제의 분자량을 600 이상의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 전자 수송제의 첨가량을 상기 결착 수지 100 중량부에 대해 10 내지 100 중량부 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 정공 수송제의 첨가량을 상기 결착 수지 100 중량부에 대해 10 내지 80 중량부 범위 내의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 삭제
- 제 1 항에 있어서,습식 현상용 현상액으로서 사용되는 탄화수소계 용매에 실온 600시간의 조건으로 침지한 경우에, 상기 정공 수송제의 용출량이 5×10-7 g/㎤ 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 감광층이 단층형인 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 도전성 기체 위에, 적어도 전하 발생제, 전자 수송제, 정공 수송제, 결착 수지를 함유하는 감광층을 구비한 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체로서,상기 전자 수송제의 분자량을 600 이상의 값으로 하고, 또한 상기 결착 수지의 무기성 값/유기성 값(I/O값)을 0.37 이상의 값으로 하는 동시에,상기 정공 수송제의 분자량을 900 이상의 값으로 하는 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 13 항의 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체를 구비하는 동시에, 해당 습식 현상용 전자사진 감광체의 주위에, 대전공정, 노광공정, 현상공정, 전사공정을 각각 배치한 것을 특징으로 하는 습식 화상 형성장치.
