Claims (4)
- 마찰 요소의 체결 조합에 의해 복수의 변속단을 실현하는 자동 변속기에서,현재의 변속단에 있어서 체결되어야 할 마찰 요소의 고장 해방의 발생을 검지하는 고장 발생 검지 수단과,고장 해방이 발생한 마찰 요소를 특정하는 특정 수단과,고장 해방이 발생한 마찰 요소 이외의 마찰 요소를 체결시켜 고장 시점의 변속단과는 다른 변속단을 성립시키도록 변속단 지령을 출력하는 지령 출력 수단을 갖고,또한, 고장 시점의 변속단이 상기 변속단에서 체결되어야 할 마찰 요소 중 어느 하나를 체결시키지 않으면 다른 변속단이 성립하지 않는 소정의 변속단이며, 상기 특정 수단으로 고장 해방이 발생한 마찰 요소를 특정할 수 없을 때에는, 상기 지령 출력 수단은 고장 시점의 변속단에서 체결되어야 할 각 마찰 요소와, 상기 고장 시점의 변속단에서는 해방되어야 할 다른 마찰 요소와의 체결 조합에 대응하는 복수의 변속단 지령을 동시에 출력하고,고장 시점의 변속단에서 체결되어야 할 마찰 요소 중 고장 해방되어 있지 않은 마찰 요소와 상기 다른 마찰 요소의 조합에 의한 변속단이 성립하도록 구성된 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 고장시 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 자동 변속기의 전진 변속단이 저속단과 고속단의 2그룹으로 분할되고,상기 소정의 변속단은 저속단의 전체에서 체결되어야 할 제1 마찰 요소와, 고속단의 전체에서 체결되어야 할 제2 마찰 요소를 체결하여 실현되는 변속단인 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 고장시 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 자동 변속기가 차량에 탑재된 것이며,상기 지령 출력 수단은 차량이 주행 정지하는 것을 기다리고, 상기 변속단 지령을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 고장시 제어 장치.
- 제3항에 있어서, 상기 지령 출력 수단은 고장 해방이 발생한 마찰 요소 이외의 마찰 요소를 체결시켜 실현되는 변속단이 복수 있을 때, 가장 변속비가 큰 변속단을 성립시키는 변속단 지령을 출력하는 것을 특징으로 하는 자동 변속기의 고장시 제어 장치.
