Claims (11)
- 폴리술폰계 수지 및 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 구성 성분으로서 포함한 반투막을 내장한 혈액 처리용 투석기로서, 상기 폴리비닐피롤리돈 함유율이 폴리술폰계 수지에 대하여 1 내지 10 중량%이고, 100 ℃에서 24 시간 동안 건조 후에 상기 반투막의 투수 성능이 건조전의 투수 성능의 1/2 이상이며, 상기 폴리비닐피롤리돈의 반투막 중으로부터 용출량이 10 ppm 이하인 것을 특징으로 하는 혈액 처리용 투석기.

- 제1항에 있어서, 알부민 투과율이 3 % 이하인 투석기.
- 폴리술폰계 수지와 폴리비닐피롤리돈을 구성 성분으로서 포함한 반투막을 수납한 투석기의 제조 방법으로서, 상기 반투막을 건조시키는 공정, 반투막의 중량에 대하여 100 % 이상의 물을 포액시키고, 상기 투석기내를 불활성 가스 분위기로 한 후, 감마선 조사를 행하는 공정을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는, 제1항의 투석기의 제조 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 포액량이 반투막의 중량에 대하여 100 % 이상, 600 % 이하인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 불활성 가스가 질소 또는 탄소 가스인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 건조시키는 공정이 상기 반투막의 수분율을 5 % 이하로 하는 것인 방법.
- 제8항에 있어서, 상기 수분율이 2 % 이하인 방법.
- 제5항에 있어서, 반투막이 중공사막이고, 폴리술폰계 수지의 비율이 15 내지 18 중량%이며, 폴리비닐피롤리돈이 4 내지 8 중량%인 원액으로부터 건습식 방사를 거쳐 혈액 처리용 중공사막을 제조하는 공정을 포함하며, 상기 건습식 방사 공정에 있어서 건식 부분을 드라이 미스트로 충만시키는 것인 투석기의 제조 방법.
