Claims (9)
- 방사 전의 용융 지수가 1∼15 g/10 분의 범위 내에 있고, 중량 평균 분자량 (Mw) 과 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 의 비 (Q 값) 가 1.5∼8 의 범위 내에 있는, 밀도가 0.90∼0.93 g/cm3 의 범위 내에 있는 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 열수축성 성분으로서 함유하는 제 1 성분과, 제 1 성분의 방사 후의 융점 Tf1 보다 높은 방사 후의 융점 Tf2 를 갖는 열가소성 중합체로 이루어지는 제 2 성분으로 이루어지는 복합 섬유로서, 제 1 성분이 섬유의 주면(周面)의 길이에 대하여 20 % 이상의 길이로 노출되어 있고,JIS-L-1015 (건열 수축률) 에 준하여,(1) 온도 100 ℃, 시간 15 분간, 초하중 0.018 mN/dtex (2 mg/d) 로 측정되는 단섬유 건열 수축률이 50 % 이상이고,(2) 온도 100 ℃, 시간 15 분간, 초하중 0.450 mN/dtex (50 mg/d) 로 측정되는 단섬유 건열 수축률이 15 % 이상인 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 복합 섬유의 단면이, 제 1 성분이 초 성분이고, 제 2 성분이 심 성분으로서, 제 2 성분의 중심 위치가 섬유의 중심 위치로부터 어긋나 있는 편심초심형 단면, 또는 병렬형 단면인 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌이 메탈로센 촉매에 의해 중합된 수지인 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 제 1 성분의 방사 후의 융점 Tf1 이 105 ℃∼125 ℃ 의 범위 내에 있는 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌의 중량 평균 분자량 (Mw) 과 수 평균 분자량 (Mn) 의 비 (Q 값) 가 1.5∼3.5 의 범위 내에 있는 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유.
- 융점 T1 이 100∼125 ℃ 의 범위 내에 있고, 밀도가 0.90∼0.93 g/cm3 의 범위 내에 있고, Q 값이 1.5∼8 의 범위 내에 있고, 또한 방사 전의 용융 지수가 1∼15 g/10 분의 범위 내에 있는 직쇄상 저밀도 폴리에틸렌을 열수축성 성분으로서 함유하는 제 1 성분과, 융점 T1 보다 높은 융점 T2 를 갖는 열가소성 중합체로 이루어지는 제 2 성분을, 제 1 성분이 섬유의 주면의 길이에 대하여 20 % 이상의 길이로 노출되도록 복합 방사하는 것을 포함하는, 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 제 1 성분과 제 2 성분을 편심초심형 또는 병렬형 단면이 되도록 복합 방사하여 방사 필라멘트를 얻는 것, 60∼(T1-10) ℃ 의 범위 내에 있는 온도에서 2 배 이상으로 연신하는 것, 권축수 12∼19 산/25 mm 의 범위로 기계 권축을 부여하는 것, 및 40∼100 ℃ 의 범위 내에 있는 온도로 어닐링 처리를 실시 하는 것을 추가로 포함하는, 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 따른 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유를 20 질량% 이상 함유하고, 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유에 있어서 잠재 권축이 발현되어 있는 섬유 집합물.
- 제 1 항에 따른 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유를 20 질량% 이상 함유하고, 잠재 권축성 복합 섬유에 있어서 잠재 권축이 발현되어 있는 부직포.
