Claims (5)
- 프라이머리 풀리와, 세컨더리 풀리와, 상기 양쪽 풀리에 권취된 무단 벨트를 구비하는 동시에,상기 프라이머리 풀리와 상기 세컨더리 풀리와의 변속비를 제어하는 변속비 제어 수단과,상기 변속비의 단위 시간당의 변화량을 변속 속도로서 검출하는 변속 속도 검출 수단과,상기 변속 속도 검출 수단에 의해 검출된 상기 변속 속도가 벨트 슬립이 발생되지 않는 상한 변속 속도에 대응하는 값 이상이 되었을 때에, 상기 변속비 제어 수단에 의한 변속비 제어의 진행을 억제함으로써, 상기 변속 속도를 억제하는 변속 속도 억제 수단을 구비하고,상기 변속 속도 억제 수단은, 상기 변속 속도에 따라서 상기 변속비 제어의 진행을 억제하는 억제량을 설정함으로써, 상기 변속 속도를 억제하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 변속 속도 억제 수단은 상기 변속 속도가 상기 벨트 슬립이 발생되지 않는 상한 변속 속도에 대응하는 값 이상의 범위에 있어서, 상기 억제량을 상기 변속 속도의 함수로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변속 속도 억제 수단은 상기 변속 속도가 상기 벨트 슬립이 발생되지 않는 상한 변속 속도에 대응하는 값 이상의 범위에 있어서, 상기 변속 속도에 따라서 상기 억제량을 단계적으로 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변속 속도 억제 수단은 상기 변속 속도가 상기 벨트 슬립이 발생되지 않는 상한 변속 속도에 대응하는 값 이상의 범위에 있어서, 상기 변속 속도가 클수록 상기 억제량을 크게 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
- 제1항 또는 제2항에 있어서, 상기 변속비 제어 수단은 상기 프라이머리 풀리의 회전 속도 상당치가 운전 상태에 따른 목표치가 되도록 상기 목표치와 상기 회전 속도 상당치와의 편차를 기초로 하여, 상기 프라이머리 풀리의 유압 제어계를 피드백 제어하는 피드백 제어 수단으로 구성되고,상기 변속 속도 억제 수단은, 상기 변속 속도에 따라서 상기 피드백 제어 수단으로 이용되는 피드백 보정량이 감소되도록 상기 억제량을 설정하는 것을 특징으로 하는 벨트식 무단 변속기의 변속 제어 장치.
