Claims (5)
- 油圧に応じて溝幅が変化する入力側のプライマリプーリと、油圧に応じて溝幅が変化する出力側のセカンダリプーリと、前記プライマリプーリと前記セカンダリプーリとに巻き掛けられ、前記溝幅に応じてプーリ接触半径が変化するベルトとを備えたベルト式無段変速手段と、
前記ベルト式無段変速手段にトルクを入力するエンジンと、を備える車両において、
駆動輪のホイールスリップ後の再グリップ時に駆動輪側から前記プライマリプーリに入力される逆入力トルクが生じる走行状態か否かを判定する走行状態判定手段と、
前記ベルト式無段変速手段の変速比を算出する変速比算出手段と、
前記エンジンから前記プライマリプーリに入力される正入力トルクを算出する正入力トルク算出手段と、
算出された前記変速比と前記正入力トルクとに基づいて前記逆入力トルクを算出する逆入力トルク算出手段と、
前記ベルト式無段変速手段に供給する最高油圧を演算し、この最高油圧での前記ベルトのトルク容量を演算するトルク容量演算手段と、
演算した前記ベルトのトルク容量と、前記正入力トルクと逆入力トルクとの合計トルクとを比較するトルク比較手段と、
車両の走行状態が前記逆入力トルクが生じる走行状態で、前記合計トルクが前記ベルトのトルク容量を越える場合には、前記合計トルクが前記ベルトのトルク容量以下となるように前記エンジンの出力トルクを制限するトルク制御手段とを備えたことを特徴とする車両のトルク制御装置。 - 前記トルク制御手段は、前記無段変速手段の所定の変速比において、前記ベルトのトルク容量と前記合計トルクとが等しくなる前記正入力トルクを算出し、
前記合計トルクが前記ベルトとのトルク容量以上となる場合には、算出した前記正入力トルクを維持するように前記エンジンの出力トルクを制御する請求項1に記載の車両のトルク制御装置。 - 前記トルク制御手段は、前記合計トルクが前記ベルトのトルク容量を越える場合に、前記合計トルクと前記ベルトのトルク容量との差を演算し、
演算した差に応じて、前記合計トルクが前記ベルトのトルク容量と等しくなるように前記エンジンの出力トルクを制限することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトルク制御装置。 - 前記逆入力トルクが生じる走行状態は、オフロード走行状態であることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトルク制御装置。
- 前記逆入力トルク算出手段は、前記正入力トルクと前記逆入力トルクと前記合計トルクの関係を示すマップを各変速比ごとに備え、このマップを用いて前記正入力トルクと前記変速比とから前記逆入力トルクを算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両のトルク制御装置。
