Claims (12)
- 가스 크로마토그래프 장치로서,가스 성분에 따라서 유동 지연을 발생시키는 부재가 충전된 가스 분리 컬럼;캐리어 가스로서 공기를 가스 분리 컬럼 내에 공급하는 에어펌프;상기 에어펌프와 상기 가스 분리 컬럼 사이에 뻗어있는 가스유로에 설치되고, 상기 가스유로 내를 흐르는 캐리어 가스 중에 검출대상 가스 성분을 포함하는 피측정 가스를 공급하는 가스 공급구;상기 가스 공급구의 상류측에 설치되고, 상기 에어펌프가 가스 분리 컬럼에 공급하는 단위시간당 캐리어 가스량보다 많은 양의 캐리어 가스를 보유할 수 있는 버퍼탱크; 및상기 가스 분리 컬럼에 공급된 피측정 가스의 가스 성분을 검출하는 검출 수단;을 포함하며,상기 버퍼탱크의 일단은 외부로 개방되며, 타단은 상기 에어펌프에 연결되고, 상기 에어펌프가 가스유로에 공급하는 캐리어 가스의 일부가 가스 분리 컬럼으로 보내지고, 나머지 캐리어 가스는 가스유로로부터 분기로를 통하여 버퍼탱크로 반환되는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로마토그래프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스유로에의 피측정 가스의 주입타이밍을 검지하는 센서수단과,상기 센서수단으로부터 제공되는 주입타이밍 및 상기 검출 수단의 출력에 따라서 피측정 가스의 분석을 행하는 분석수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로마토그래프 장치.
- 삭제
- 제1항에 있어서,제1항 기재의 가스 크로마토그래프 장치는, 상기 가스 공급구보다 상류측 가스유로에 배치되는 가스흡착 물질 및 가스분해 촉매의 적어도 한 쪽을 이용한 가스정화 장치를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로마토그래프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스 공급구의 상류측에서, 또한 상기 가스 공급구 근방의 가스유로에 배치되는 유량 센서와, 상기 유량 센서의 검지출력의 변화에 따라 피측정 가스의 공급을 검출하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로마토그래프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 검출 수단의 하류측에서, 또한 상기 검출 수단 근방의 가스유로에 배치되는 유량 센서와, 상기 유량 센서의 검지출력의 변화에 따라 피측정 가스의 공급 을 검출하는 수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로마토그래프 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스 분리 컬럼에 공급되는 캐리어 가스의 유량을, 피측정 가스를 공급한 시점에서 미리 결정된 패턴에 따라 증가시키는 제어수단을 가지는 것을 특징으로 하는 가스 크로마토그래프 장치.
- 제1항에 기재된 가스 크로마토그래프 장치와, 기지의 가스 성분으로 이루어지는 구취(口臭)샘플에 대하여 상기 가스 크로마토그래프 장치에 의해서 미리 구한 체류 시간을 포함하는 기준데이터를 기억하는 메모리와, 상기 기준데이터와, 피측정 대상인 구취에 대하여 상기 가스 크로마토그래프 장치에 의해서 구한 체류 시간을 포함하는 측정데이터를 비교하는 분석수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호기(呼氣) 성분 분석 장치.
- 제8항에 있어서,호기 중의 불변성분의 체류 시간의 변동량에 따라, 검출대상의 구취에 대응하는 가스 성분의 체류 시간의 변동량을 보정하는 보정수단을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 호기 성분 분석 장치.
- 제1항에 있어서,상기 가스 분리 컬럼은 금속으로 이루어지는 외부 원통과, 상기 외부 원통의 내부에 삽입되는 내부 원통으로 구성되는 이중관으로 형성되며, 상기 내부 원통 내에는 고정상(固定相)으로 이루어지는 충전재가 충전되고, 외부 원통의 외주면에는 히터가 설치되는 것을 특징으로 하는 호기 성분 분석 장치.
- 제10항에 있어서,상기 히터는 가스분리컬럼의 외부 원통의 외주면에 일단측으로부터 타단측에 걸쳐 나선형으로 감겨 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 호기 성분 분석 장치.
