Claims (11)
- 액상 방향족 탄화수소를 중공 원뿔형 분사물을 형성하는 노즐, 바람직하게는 와류 노즐에 의해 분사하여 직경 1 mm 미만의 액적을 형성하고, 이 액적을 상기 방향족 탄화수소의 비점보다 높은 온도로 예열된 산소 함유 가스 스트림으로 주입하는 것을 포함하는, 접촉 기상 반응을 위한 기상 방향족 탄화수소 및 산소 함유 가스의 균질 혼합물의 제조 방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 중공 원뿔형 분사물의 개방각이 30°내지 70°인 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 중공 원뿔형 분사물의 중심축이 예열된 가스 스트림의 중심축에 대해 -30°내지 +30°의 각을 이루는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 혼합물이 상기 방향족 탄화수소의 비점 이상으로 가열된 측벽으로 둘러싸인 챔버에서 제조되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 챔버의 측벽이 가열된 관, 특히 "Thermoblech" 관으로 형성되는 방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 분사된 탄화수소의 5 내지 50 중량%, 바람직하게는 5 내지 40 중량%, 특히 바람직하게는 5 내지 30 중량%가 가열된 측벽상에서 기화되는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 방향족 탄화수소의 기화 후의 혼합물이 정적 혼합기를 통과하는 방법.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 방향족 탄화수소가 o-크실렌 및(또는) 나프탈렌이고, 산소 함유 가스가 공기인, 프탈산 무수물의 합성에 사용되는 방법.
- 예열된 산소 함유 가스 스트림 (12)용 가스 채널 (11), 및 가스 채널 (11)로 개방된 액상 방향족 탄화수소의 스트림용 분사 장치 (13)을 포함하며, 여기서 분사 장치 (13)은 와류 노즐 (15)를 갖고, 가스 채널 (11)은 적어도 와류 노즐 (15)의 하류에 탄화수소의 비점 이상으로 가열될 수 있는 벽 (18)을 갖는, 기상 방향족 탄화수소 및 산소 함유 가스의 균질 혼합물의 제조 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서, 가스 채널 (11)이 가열 가능한 관, 특히 2중벽 관 또는 "Thermoblech"로 제조된 관을 포함하는 장치.
- 제 9 항 또는 제 10 항에 있어서, 정적 혼합기가 와류 노즐 하류의 가스 채 널에 설치된 장치.
