Claims (21)
- 프로필렌과 에틸렌 공단량체 및 선택적으로 다른 공단량체를 포함하되, 에틸렌-프로필렌 조성물의 전체 공단량체의 함량이 5 내지 40 몰%이고, 상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 조성물에서 피크 분자량보다 큰 분자량을 갖는 중합체 생성물 부분으로 정의되는 고분자량 영역에 대한 중량 평균 분지화도(g')가 0.95 미만인, 프로필렌을 주성분으로 하는 반결정질 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체 조성물의 고분자량 영역에 대한 중량 평균 분지화도(g')가 0.90 미만인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체 조성물의 고분자량 영역에 대한 중량 평균 분지화도(g')가 0.85 미만인 조성물.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 다른 공단량체가 C4-C20 α-올레핀, 같은 자리에 이치환된 단량체, C5-C25 사이클릭 올레핀, C8-C25 스티렌 올레핀, 및 상기 사이클릭 올레핀과 스티렌 올레핀의 C3-C8 알킬 치환된 동종체로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 조성물.
- 제 4 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 다른 공단량체가 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체 조성물의 3 내지 25 몰%를 구성하는 조성물.
- a) 반응기에서 프로필렌 단량체 및 에틸렌 단량체를, 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제, 및 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체를 생성시킬 수 있는 하나 이상의 단일-부위 촉매 화합물을 포함하는 촉매 조성물과 50 내지 180 ℃의 온도에서 접촉시키되, 반응기내의 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 대 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제의 비율이 2.0 미만이고, 상기 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 및 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제가 반응기의 전체 내용물의 90 % 이하를 구성하는 조건에서 접촉시키는 단계; 및b) 상기 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체 조성물에서 피크 분자량보다 큰 분자량을 갖는 중합체 생성물 부분으로 정의되는 고분자량 영역에 대한 중량 평균 분지화도(g')가 0.95 미만인 분지형 에틸렌-프로필렌 조성물을 회수하는 단계를 포함하는 분지형 에틸렌-프로필렌 조성물의 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 단일-부위 촉매 화합물이 하나 이상의 메탈로센 촉매 화합물을 포함하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,단계 a)를, 프로필렌 단량체를 알루목산 조촉매 또는 비배위성 음이온 전구체에 의해 활성화된 하나 이상의 메탈로센 촉매 화합물과 접촉시키는 공정에 의해 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 7 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 메탈로센 촉매 화합물이 치환된 가교형 비스인데닐 지르코노센 및 하프노센으로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택되는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,촉매 조성물이 비배위성 음이온 전구체로 활성화된 치환된 가교형 비스인데닐 지르코노센으로 이루어지는 제조방법.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,가교형 비스인데닐 지르코노센이 디메틸실릴(2-메틸-4-페닐인데닐)지르코늄 디클로라이드인 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단계 a)를 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 및 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제가 반응기의 전체 내용물의 80 % 이하를 구성하는 공정에 의해 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단계 a)에서 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체를 50 내지 130 ℃에서 접촉시키는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,반응기내의 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 대 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제의 비율이 1.0 미만인 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,연속식인 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단계 a)를 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 및 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제가 반응기의 전체 내용물의 70 % 이하를 구성하는 공정에 의해 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단계 a)에서 프로필렌 및 에틸렌 단량체를 60 내지 110 ℃ 온도에서 접촉시키는 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,반응기내의 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 대 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제의 비율이 0.8 미만인 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,반응기내의 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 대 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제의 비율이 0.5 미만인 제조방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,단계 a)를 프로필렌과 에틸렌 단량체 및 불활성 탄화수소 용매 또는 희석제가 반응기의 전체 내용물의 50 % 이상을 구성하는 공정에 의해 수행하는 제조방법.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,하나 이상의 다른 공단량체가 에틸렌-프로필렌 중합체 조성물의 5 내지 20 몰%를 구성하는 제조방법.
