Abstract

Предложены новый полимер и способ получения полимеров, содержащих линейные длинноцепочные боковые разветвления. Длинноцепочные линейные разветвления расположены с частотой менее 5,0 ответвлений на 1000 атомов углерода основных цепей полимера, при этом по меньшей мере несколько разветвлений имеют молекулярную массу, превышающую критическую величину молекулярной массы для переплетения цепей полимера. Полимеры с линейными длинноцепочными разветвлениями получают введением макромолекулы альфа-олефина в процессе полимеризации в растворе или суспензии в присутствии металлоценового катализатора. Полимеры обладают превосходной перерабатываемостью в расплаве и превосходными механическими свойствами твердых полимеров. Полимеры пригодны для переработки в различные изделия обычными методами.

Claims (1)

  1. Предложены новый полимер и способ получения полимеров, содержащих линейные длинноцепочные боковые разветвления. Длинноцепочные линейные разветвления расположены с частотой менее 5,0 ответвлений на 1000 атомов углерода основных цепей полимера, при этом по меньшей мере несколько разветвлений имеют молекулярную массу, превышающую критическую величину молекулярной массы для переплетения цепей полимера. Полимеры с линейными длинноцепочными разветвлениями получают введением макромолекулы альфа-олефина в процессе полимеризации в растворе или суспензии в присутствии металлоценового катализатора. Полимеры обладают превосходной перерабатываемостью в расплаве и превосходными механическими свойствами твердых полимеров. Полимеры пригодны для переработки в различные изделия обычными методами.
