Claims (21)

  1. 중량비 49:1 내지 1.5:1의 폴리염화비닐과, 이미드화 동안 생성될 수 있는 산 및 산무수물기가 대부분 내지 완전히 제거된, 폴리아미드와의 인터폴리머.
  2. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 중량비가 32:1 내지 1.9:1임을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  3. 제1항에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 중량비가 19:1 내지 2.3:1임을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  4. 제1항 또는 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드가 글루타르이미드 그룹을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  5. 제1항 또는 2항 또는 3항에 있어서, 상기 폴리이미드가 N-메틸 글루타르이미드 그룹을 함유하는 것임을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  6. 제1항에 있어서, 잔류산 및 산무수물기가 2wt%이하의 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  7. 제1항에 있어서, 잔류산 및 산무수물기가 0.5wt%이하의 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  8. 제1항에 있어서, 잔류산 및 산무수물기가 0.2wt%이하의 수준으로 존재함을 특징으로 하는 인터폴리머.
  9. 아미드화동안 생성될 수 있는 산 및 산무수물기가 대부분 내지 완전히 제거된 폴리이미드 및 중합개시제 존재하 고온에서 염화비닐 단량체를 중합시킴을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  10. 제9항에 있어서, 염화비닐 단량체가 폴리이미드, 개시제, 현탁화제 및 현탁액 존재하에서 현탁중합됨을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  11. 제10항에 있어서, 상기 현탁액이 물임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  12. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 글루타르이미드 그룹을 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  13. 제11항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 N-메틸 글루타르이미드 그룹을 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  14. 제9항에 있어서, 고온의 반응온도가 45~65℃임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  15. 제9항에 있어서, 고온의 반응온도가 50~55℃임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  16. 제9항에 있어서, 개시제가 퍼옥시 디카보네이트임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  17. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 글루타르이미드그룹을 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  18. 제9항에 있어서, 폴리이미드가 N-메틸 글루타르이미드그룹을 함유한 것임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  19. 제17항 또는 18항에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 중량비가 32:1 내지 1.9:1임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  20. 제17항 또는 18항에 있어서, 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 중량비가 19:1 내지 2.3:1임을 특징으로 하는 폴리염화비닐과 폴리이미드의 인터폴리머 제조방법.
  21. 인터폴리머화 동안 존재하는 다른 물질들에 불용성 내지 매우 부분적 용해성인 미세분쇄된 중합체 고체입자의 존재하에서 염화비닐 단량체와 폴리아미드의 인터폴리머화를 행한 후 결과의 인터폴리머를 잔류단량체 제거처리함을 특징으로 하는, 폴리염화비닐-폴리이미드 인터폴리머에 존재하는 잔류 염화비닐 염화비닐 단량체 수준을 감소시키는 방법.
