Claims (8)
- 전해 석출한 2산화망간을 수산화칼륨, 탄산칼륨 또는 수산화리튬중 어느것으로 중화하여 이루어지는 전해 2산화망간을 리튬원료와 혼합하고, 소성하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피넬형 망간산리튬의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수산화칼륨 또는 탄산칼륨으로 중화한 전해 2산화망간의 pH가 2이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 스피넬형 망간산리튬의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 수산화리튬으로 중화한 전해 2산화망간이 리튬을 0.02∼0.5중량% 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피넬형 망간산리튬의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항, 제 2 항 또는 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 수산화칼륨, 탄산칼륨 또는 수산화리튬에 의해 중화하기전 또는 중화한 후에 2산화망간을 분쇄하는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피넬형 망간산리튬의 제조방법.
- 제 4 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄후의 2산화망간의 평균입경이 5∼30㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 스피넬형 망간산리튬의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중의 어느 한항에 있어서, 상기 소성이 750℃이상에서 행해지는 것을 특징으로 하는 스피넬형 망간산리튬의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항중 어느 한항에 기재한 제조방법에 의하여 얻어지는 스피넬형 망간산리튬으로 이루어지는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지용 양극재료.
- 제 7 항에 기재한 비수전해질 2차 전지용 양극재료를 사용한 양극과 리튬합금 또는 리튬을 흡장·탈장할 수 있는 음극과 비수전해질로 구성되는 것을 특징으로 하는 비수전해질 2차 전지.
