Claims (8)
- 에너지 보존 법칙에 기초하여 구해진 실린더에 대한 모델을 사용하여 상기 실린더 내의 압력을 계산에 의해 추정하는 실린더 내 압력 추정 수단을 포함하고, 상기 추정된 실린더 내의 압력에 기초하여 상기 실린더로 흡입되는 실린더 내 흡입 공기량을 추정하는 흡입 공기량 추정 수단을 구비하여 구성되는 내연기관의 흡입 공기량 추정 장치로서,상기 실린더 내 압력 추정 수단이 사용하는 상기 실린더에 대한 모델은, Pc를 실린더 내의 압력, κ를 비열비, R을 기체 정수, Tm을 실린더에 흡입되는 공기의 온도, Vc를 실린더 용적, mc를 실린더 내로 흡입되는 공기유량인 실린더 내 흡입 공기유량으로 할 때,dPc/dt=(κ·R·Tm/Vc)·mc-(κ·Pc/Vc)·(dVc/dt)인 식에 기초하여 구성되는 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 에너지 보존 법칙에 기초하여 구해진 실린더에 대한 모델을 사용하여 상기 실린더 내의 압력을 계산에 의해 추정하는 실린더 내 압력 추정 수단을 포함하고, 상기 추정된 실린더 내의 압력에 기초하여 상기 실린더로 흡입되는 실린더 내 흡입 공기량을 추정하는 흡입 공기량 추정 수단을 구비하여 구성되는 내연기관의 흡입 공기량 추정 장치로서,상기 실린더 내 압력 추정 수단이 사용하는 상기 실린더에 대한 모델은, Pc을 실린더 내의 압력, κ를 비열비, R을 기체 정수, Tm을 실린더로 흡입되는 공기의 온도, Vc를 실린더 용적, mc를 실린더 내로 흡입되는 공기 유량인 실린더 내 흡입 공기 유량, Q를 실린더와 상기 실린더 외부 사이에서 전달되는 열량으로 할 때,dPc/dt=(κ·R·Tm/Vc)·mc-(κ·Pc/Vc)·(dVc/dt)+(κ-1)·Q/Vc인 식에 기초하여 구성되는 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 공기량 추정 수단은,에너지 보존 법칙, 운동량 보존 법칙, 및 질량 보존 법칙에 기초하여 구해진 흡기 밸브를 통과하는 공기에 대한 흡기 밸브 모델을 사용하여 실린더 내로 흡입되는 공기 유량인 실린더 내 흡입 공기 유량을 구하고, 상기 구해진 실린더 내 흡입 공기 유량에 기초하여 상기 실린더 내 흡입 공기량을 추정하도록 구성되는 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 공기량 추정 수단은,에너지 보존 법칙, 운동량 보존 법칙, 및 질량 보존 법칙에 기초하여 구해진 배기 밸브를 통과하는 공기에 대한 배기 밸브 모델을 사용하여 상기 실린더 내 흡입 공기량을 추정하도록 구성되는 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 실린더 내 압력 추정 수단은,상기 실린더에 대한 모델을 나타낸 식을 실린더 용적이 일정하다고 가정하여 계산함으로써 구한 식과, 상기 실린더에 대한 모델을 나타낸 식을 상기 실린더로 흡입되는 공기 유량이 O이라고 가정하여 계산함으로써 구한 식에 기초하여 상기 실린더 내의 압력을 추정하도록 구성되는 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 흡입 공기량 추정 수단은 상기 흡기 밸브 모델이 사용하는 입력량을 구하기 위해서 상기 내연 기관의 스로틀 밸브를 통과하는 공기에 대한 스로틀 모델을 사용하여 상기 스로틀 밸브를 통과하는 공기의 유량인 스로틀 통과 공기 유량을 계산식에 따라서 구하도록 구성되고,상기 내연 기관의 흡기 통로 내를 흐르는 공기 유량인 흡입 공기 유량을 실제로 측정하는 흡입 공기 유량 측정 수단과, 상기 내연 기관의 운전 상태가 정상 운전 상태일 때, 상기 흡입 공기 유량 측정 수단에 의해 측정되는 흡입 공기 유량과 상기 흡기 밸브 모델에 의해 구해지는 실린더 내 흡입 공기 유량이 같아지는 것을 이용하여 상기 스로틀 모델의 계산식에 있어서 사용하는 값을 수정하는 스로틀 모델 수정부를 추가로 구비하는 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 상기 스로틀 모델의 계산식은 에너지 보존 법칙, 운동량 보존 법칙, 및 질량 보존 법칙에 기초하여 얻어진 계산식인 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
- 제 7 항에 있어서, 상기 스로틀 모델의 계산식은 적어도 상기 내연 기관의 스로틀 밸브 하류의 흡기관 내 공기 압력과 상기 흡기관 내 압력에 따라서 결정되는 유량 계수를 사용하여 상기 스로틀 통과 공기 유량을 구하도록 구성되고,상기 스로틀 모델 수정부는 상기 흡입 공기 유량 측정 수단에 의해 측정되는 흡입 공기 유량과 상기 흡기 밸브 모델에 의해 구해지는 실린더 내 흡입 공기 유량이 같아지는 것을 이용하여 상기 스로틀 모델로 사용하는 흡기관 내 공기 압력을 구하고, 상기 스로틀 통과 공기 유량을 상기 흡입 공기 유량 측정 수단에 의해 측정되는 흡입 공기 유량과 같다고 가정하고, 그와 같이 구해진 흡기관 내 공기 압력과 상기 가정된 스로틀 통과 공기 유량에 기초하여 상기 유량 계수의 적정값을 구하여, 상기 유량 계수의 적정값에 기초하여 상기 스로틀 모델로 사용되는 상기 유량 계수를 수정하도록 구성된 흡입 공기량 추정 장치.
