Claims (17)
- 골재가 되는 탄화규소 입자와, 금속규소를 포함하고, Si, Al 및 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 산화물상을 갖는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물상은, 상기 탄화규소 입자와 상기 금속규소 중 적어도 하나의 표면이나 주변에, 또는 상기 탄화규소 입자와 상기 금속규소 중 적어도 하나의 표면과 주변에 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물상은, SiO2, Al2O3 및 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 것이며, 상기 산화물상 전체에 대한 상기 알칼리토류 금속의 함유율이, 상기 알칼리토류 금속의 일산화물로 환산하여 9∼50 질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토류 금속은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 그 기공율이 50∼80%이고, 그 평균 세공 직경이 10∼50 ㎛인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제5항에 있어서, 상기 평균 세공 직경의 값을 10X ㎛로 했을 때에 그 세공 직경의 분포를 용적 기준으로 나타낸 경우, 전체 세공 용적 중에서 상기 세공의 상기 직경의 값이 10X ± 0.25 ㎛의 범위 내인 세공(특정 세공)의 합계 용적이, 상기 전체 세공 용적의 80% 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물상은 상기 탄화규소 입자와 상기 금속규소 중 적어도 하나의 표면의 적어도 일부를 피복하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 산화물상의 적어도 일부는, 코디에라이트, 아노사이트, Sr 장석(SrAl2Si2O8) 및 셀시안(BaAl2Si2O8)으로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 1종에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체.
- 제1항에 기재된 탄화규소질 다공체에 의해 구성되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 하니콤 구조체.
- 탄화규소 입자 및 금속규소를 포함하는 원료 혼합물에, Si 및 Al를 포함하는 무기 마이크로 벌룬과, 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 화합물을 첨가한 후, 소정 형상으로 성형하고, 얻어진 성형체를 가(假)소성 및 본(本)소성하며, 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬을 용융시켜, 상기 탄화규소 입자와 상기 금속규소 중 적어도 하나의 표면이나 주변에, 또는 상기 탄화규소 입자와 상기 금속규소 중 적어도 하나의 표면과 주변에 Si, Al 및 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 산화물상을 갖는 다공질 구조의 다공체를 얻는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 화합물에 함유되는 알칼리토류 금속은 Mg, Ca, Sr 및 Ba로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 1종인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 화합물은, 산화 또는 분해되면 MgO, CaO, SrO 및 BaO로 이루어지는 그룹에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 알칼리토류 금속의 일산화물로 되는 화합물인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 탄화규소 입자와 상기 금속규소와의 합계량 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬을, 5∼30 질량부 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬의 첨가량 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 화합물을, 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬에 미리 함유되는 알칼리토류 금속을 포함하여, 알칼리토류 금속의 일산화물 환산으로, 10∼100 질량부 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬의 첨가량 100 질량부에 대하여, 상기 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 화합물을, 상기 알칼리토류 금속을 함유하는 화합물에 함유되는 알칼리토류 금속이 Mg인 경우에 MgO로 환산하여 10∼25 질량부, Ca인 경우에 CaO로 환산하여 14∼35 질량부, Sr인 경우에 SrO로 환산하여 26∼64 질량부, Ba인 경우에 BaO로 환산하여 38∼95 질량부로 각각 첨가하는 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬에 미리 함유되는 알칼리토류 금속을 알칼리토류 금속의 일산화물로 환산하여 뺀 나머지 전체에 대한 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬에 포함되는 Si 소스와 Al 소스의 합계 함유율이, 상기 Si 소스를 SiO2로 상기 Al 소스를 Al2O3로 환산했을 때 90 질량% 이상이고,상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬에 미리 함유되는 알칼리토류 금속을 알칼리토류 금속의 일산화물로 환산하여 뺀 나머지 전체에 대한 상기 무기 마이크로 벌룬에 포함되는 Al 소스의 함유율이, 상기 Al 소스를 Al2O3로 환산했을 때 20∼55 질량%인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
- 제10항에 있어서, 상기 소정 형상은 하니콤 형상인 것을 특징으로 하는 탄화규소질 다공체의 제조 방법.
