- 생체 관련 물질이 유지된 선조체 다발을 카본 블랙을 의사 가교제로서 포함하는 수지로 고정하여 블럭을 제조하고, 선조체의 길이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 블럭을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로어레이의 제조 방법.
- 카본 블랙을 의사 가교제로서 포함하는 수지로 선조체 다발을 고정하여 블럭을 제조하고, 이 각각의 선조체에 생체 관련 물질을 유지시킨 후, 선조체의 길이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 블럭을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로어레이의 제조 방법.
