Claims (18)
- 선조체 및(또는) 블럭이 그의 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질을 함유하고 있는 것을 특징으로 하는, 생체 관련 물질이 유지된 복수의 선조체 또는 관통 구멍을 포함하는 블럭을 선조체 또는 관통 구멍의 길이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 절단하여 얻어지는 마이크로어레이.
- 제1항에 있어서, 선조체가 섬유인 마이크로어레이.
- 제2항에 있어서, 섬유가 중공 섬유인 마이크로어레이.
- 제1항 내지 제3항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 블럭이 수지를 포함하는 것인 마이크로어레이.
- 제1항 내지 제4항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질이 흡수제 및(또는) 소광제인 마이크로어레이.
- 제5항에 있어서, 흡수제가 무기 안료인 마이크로어레이.
- 제6항에 있어서, 무기 안료가 카본 블랙인 마이크로어레이.
- 제7항에 있어서, 카본 블랙의 함유량이 0.5 내지 10 질량%인 마이크로어레이.
- 블럭의 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질을 포함하는 블럭에 복수의 관통 구멍을 형성하고, 이 관통 구멍 내에 생체 관련 물질을 유지하고, 관통 구멍의 길이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 블럭을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로어레이의 제조 방법.
- 생체 관련 물질이 유지된 선조체 다발을 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질을 포함하는 수지로 고정하여 블럭을 제조하고, 선조체의 길이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 블럭을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로어레이의 제조 방법.
- 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질을 포함하는 수지로 선조체 다발을 고정하여 블럭을 제조하고, 이 각각의 선조체에 생체 관련 물질을 유지시킨 후, 선조체의 길이 방향과 교차하는 방향으로 상기 블럭을 절단하는 것을 특징으로 하는 마이크로어레이의 제조 방법.
- 제10항 또는 제11항에 있어서, 선조체가 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질을 함유하는 것인 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제12항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 선조체가 섬유인 제조 방법.
- 제13항에 있어서, 섬유가 중공 섬유인 제조 방법.
- 제9항 내지 제14항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서, 자가 형광을 감소시키는 물질이 흡수제 및(또는) 소광제인 제조 방법.
- 제15항에 있어서, 흡수제가 무기 안료인 제조 방법.
- 제16항에 있어서, 무기 안료가 카본 블랙인 제조 방법.
- 제17항에 있어서, 카본 블랙의 함유량이 0.5 내지 10 질량%인 제조 방법.
