Abstract
Description
Claims (7)
- 질화규소를 55∼75질량%, 탄화규소를 12∼28질량%, Mo, W, Ta 및 Nb에서 선택되는 적어도 1종의 원소를 규화물 환산으로 3∼15질량%, 및 희토류 원소-Si-Al-O-N으로 이루어진 입계상을 5∼15질량%로 구성되는 세라믹스 소결체로 이루어지고, 전기 저항값이 107∼104Ω·㎝, 기공률이 1% 이하, 3점 굽힘 강도가 900MPa 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,파괴 인성값이 6.0MPa·m1/2 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,Ti, Hf, Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 산화물로 환산하여 5질량% 이하 함유하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 질화 규소 소결체로 이루어진 판 형상의 내마모성 부재의 상면에 설정한 직경 40mm의 궤도 상에 직경이 9.525mm인 3개의 SUJ2제 전동강구를 배치하여 스 러스트형 베어링 시험기를 구성하고, 상기 전동강구에 3.92KN의 하중을 인가한 상태로 회전수 1200rpm 조건하에서 회전시켰을 때, 상기 질화규소제 내마모성 부재의 표면이 박리하기까지의 회전수로 정의되는 구름 수명이 1×107회 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 3 항 중 어느 한 항에 있어서,상기 질화규소 소결체의 압쇄 강도가 200MPa 이상이고, 상기 질화규소 소결체로 이루어진 내마모성 부재로 직경이 9.525mm인 3개의 전동 볼을 조제하는 한편, SUJ2제 강판의 상면에 설정한 직경 40mm의 궤도상에 상기 3개의 전동볼을 배치하여 스러스트형 베어링 시험기를 구성하고, 상기 전동볼에 5.9GPa의 최대 접촉 응력이 작용하도록 하중을 인가한 상태로 회전수 1200rpm의 조건하에서 회전시켰을 때, 상기 질화규소 소결체제 전동볼의 표면이 박리하기까지의 시간으로 정의되는 구름 피로 수명이 400시간 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재.
- 산소를 1.7 질량% 이하, α상형 질화 규소를 90질량% 이상 함유하는 평균 입경 1.0㎛ 이하의 질화규소 분말에 탄화규소를 12∼28질량%, Mo, W, Ta, Nb의 탄화물, 규화물, 산화물로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 규화물 환산으로 3∼15질량%, 희토류 원소를 산화물로 환산하여 2∼10 질량%, 알루미늄을 산화물로 환산하여 2∼10질량%, Ti, Hf, Zr로 이루어진 군에서 선택되는 적어도 1종을 산화 물로 환산하여 5질량% 이하 첨가한 원료 혼합체를 성형하여 성형체를 조제하고, 얻어진 성형체를 탈지 후, 비산화성 분위기하에서 1850℃ 이하의 온도에서 소결하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재의 제조 방법.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,소결 후에 30MPa 이상의 비산화성 분위기하에서 온도 1800℃ 이하에서 열간 정수압 프레스(HIP) 처리를 실시하는 것을 특징으로 하는 질화규소제 내마모성 부재의 제조 방법.
