Description
상기에서 저온이란, 일반적으로 알려진 지표면 가까운 땅속의 온도 또는 그와 동일한 범위내의 온도로써 10~20℃이며, 년중 온도의 큰 변화가 없는 장소를 말한다(에너지관리공단부설 신·재생 에너지센터 홈페이지 참조).

- 강화도의 특산물인 강화생쑥(사자발쑥)과 흑설탕을 1 대 1 의 중량비율(㎏)로 섞고, 상기 섞은 혼합물을 용기(항아리)에 담아 일반적으로 알려진 지표면 가까운 땅속의 온도범위인 10~20℃에서 저온 숙성시켜 쑥농축액을 제조하는 것을 특징으로 하는 강화쑥 농축액 제조방법.
