Claims (9)
- 강판의 상면측이 되는 위치에 형성된 1 개의 슬릿 노즐과, 상기 강판의 하면측이 되는 위치에 상기 강판의 반송 방향 및 상기 반송 방향과 직각인 방향을 따라 형성된 복수의 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐을 사용하여 냉각수를 서로 충돌하도록 분사하여 워터풀 (water pool) 을 형성하는 공정과,상기 워터풀 중에 상기 강판을 통과시키는 공정을 가지고,상기 강판의 선단부가 적어도 최상류측에 있는 상기 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 (laminar) 노즐 상을 통과할 때에는, 상기 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐의 냉각수량이 감소되는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 제 1 항의 냉각 방법에 의한 강판의 냉각을 복수회 반복하여 실시하는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 복수회 반복하여 강판을 냉각하는 동안에 적어도 2 회 강판을 공냉하는 공정을 추가로 형성하는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 강판의 선단부가 적어도 최상류측에 있는 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐 상을 통과할 때, 또한 슬릿 노즐의 냉각수량도 감소되는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 제 2 항에 있어서, 강판의 냉각 전에 상기 강판을 교정하는 공정을 추가로 갖는 강판의 냉각 방법.
- 강판의 상면측이 되는 위치에 형성된 1 개의 슬릿 노즐과,상기 강판의 하면측이 되는 위치에 상기 강판의 반송 방향 및 상기 반송 방향과 직각인 방향을 따라 형성된 복수의 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐을 구비하고,상기 슬릿 노즐과 상기 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐에서 분사되는 냉각수에 의해 워터풀을 형성하여 상기 강판을 냉각하는 냉각 존이 복수 형성되며,더구나 상기 복수의 냉각 존 중 적어도 최상류측에 있는 냉각 존에는 적어도 최상류측에 있는 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐의 냉각수량을 제어하기 위한 냉각수 제어 수단이 형성된 강판의 냉각 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 냉각수 제어 수단이 차폐판인 강판의 냉각 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 각 냉각존마다에 슬릿 노즐 및 도관이 부착된 원관 라미나 노즐의 냉각수의 유량을 조정하기 위한 유량 조정 밸브가 추가로 형성된 강판의 냉각 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서, 최상류측에 있는 냉각존의 입구측에 강판을 교정하기 위 한 교정기가 추가로 형성된 강판의 냉각 장치.
