Claims (4)
- 鋼板を熱間圧延する圧延機の入側または/および出側の前記圧延機に近接する位置に、鋼板を通過させながら鋼板の上面に冷却水を供給する冷却設備を配置し、該冷却設備は、鋼板の上面に対して棒状冷却水を圧延機側に向いて伏角30°〜60°で噴射するノズルを有するヘッダを、鋼板に供給した後の冷却水が圧延機のワークロールで堰き止められるような位置に備えていることを特徴とする鋼板の熱間圧延設備。
- 前記該冷却設備は、さらに、鋼板の下面に対して棒状冷却水を圧延機側に向いて仰角45°〜90°で噴射するノズルを有するヘッダを、圧延機のワークロールとそれに隣接するテーブルローラとの間に備えていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の鋼板の熱間圧延設備。
- 請求項1または2に記載の鋼板の熱間圧延設備を用いて、鋼板に供給した後の冷却水が圧延機のワークロールに到達するように冷却水を噴射しながら圧延を行うことを特徴とする鋼板の熱間圧延方法。
- 請求項1または2に記載の熱間圧延設備を用いて、鋼板が圧延されていない間に、ワークロールのロール隙を2mm以内として冷却水を噴射することを特徴とする鋼板の熱間圧延方法。
