Abstract
Description
Claims (8)
- 형광체의 구성성분이 되는 금속원소 및/또는 반금속원소를 포함하는 원료용액을 미세한 액체방울로 만들고, 이 액체방울을 500∼1800℃의 온도로 가열분해하여 속이 빈 전구체 입자 및/또는 다공질의 전구체 입자를 생성하고, 이 전구체 입자를 가열함으로써 그 속이 빈 또는 다공질 형태를 유지한 채로 결정화시키고, 결정화한 입자를 소정의 입도가 될 때까지 분쇄하는 것을 포함하여 이루어지는 고결정성 형광체 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 전구체 입자가 X선적으로 비정질인 고결정성 형광체 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 분쇄로 얻어진 분말에 더욱 어닐링처리를 실시하는 고결정성 형광체 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 결정화한 입자가, 결정입자지름이 50nm 이상의 결정입자로 이루어지는 다결정체인 고결정성 형광체 분말의 제조방법.
- 제 1 항 내지 제 4 항중의 어느 한 항의 방법으로 제조된 고결정성 형광체 분말.
- 제 5 항에 있어서, 평균입자지름이 0.1∼2㎛인 고결정성 형광체 분말.
- 제 5 항의 고결정성 형광체 분말과, 수지 및/또는 용제를 포함하는 형광체 조성물.
- 제 6 항의 고결정성 형광체 분말과, 수지 및/또는 용제를 포함하는 형광체 조성물.
