Claims (1)
- 중간층 및 상기 중간층의 양면에 적층된 한쌍의 외층을 가지고,(A) 중간층은 내열성 및 전기 절연성의 합성 수지 필름층이고,(B) 외층은 (a) 오르가노폴리실록산, (b) 경화제, (c) 산화알루미늄, 산화규소, 탄화규소, 질화알루미늄 및 질화붕소로부터 선택된 열전도성 충전제 및 (d) 하기 화학식 1 내지 5로 표시되는 규소 화합물계 접착성 부여제를 포함하는 조성물을 경화시켜 이루어지는 실리콘 고무층인적층 구조체를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 열전도성 실리콘 고무 복합 시트.<화학식 1><화학식 2><화학식 3><화학식 4><화학식 5>
