FR-A-1024889호 공보는, 회전 성형 로울러들에 의해 제조되는 골진 시트 요소 또는 프렛 요소(fretted element)를 포함하는 건설용 샌드위치 패널을 개시하고 있다.
본 발명의 다른 이점(利點) 및 특징은 첨부 도면을 참조하여 비제한적인 예로서 나타내어진 하기 상세한 설명으로부터 더욱 명백하게 될 것이다.
Claims (10)
- 하나 이상의 플레이트형 요소(2)와 그 플레이트형 요소(2)에 접착되는 하나 이상의 프렛 요소(fretted element)(3)를 포함하는, 고강도 벽 및 덮개 조립체용의 고강도 건설용 샌드위치 패널(1)을 제조하는 방법으로서, 시트 금속 요소 로울(40)로부터 시트 금속 요소를 풀어내는 단계와, 상기 시트 금속 요소를 성형 공구에 공급하여 그 성형 공구에 의해 상기 시트 금속 요소를 상기 프렛 요소(3)로 성형하는 단계와, 상기 플레이트형 요소(2)와 상기 프렛 요소(3)를 서로 접착하는 단계를 포함하는 고강도 건설용 샌드위치 패널 제조방법에 있어서,상기 성형 공구는, 프렛 프로파일(fretted profile)(43)을 제공하도록 평탄한 시트 금속 요소(41)를 변형시키기 위해 그 평탄한 시트 금속 요소에 다수의 타격 조작을 행하도록 구동되는 타격 공구(42)이고, 그 타격 공구(42)는 제1 프렛 프로파일 부분(50)을 가진 제1 요소와, 상기 제1 프렛 프로파일 부분(50)과 맞물리는 제2 프렛 프로파일 부분(51)을 가진 제2 요소를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 건설용 샌드위치 패널 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 단계가 열간 적층 프레스 조작에 의해 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 건설용 샌드위치 패널 제조방법.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 접착 단계가, 로울러들에 의해 구동되는 2개의 금속제 구동 벨트를 가지고 또한 정상부에 프레스 장치를 구비한 터널 오븐 내에서 상기 플레이트형 요소(2)와 상기 프렛 요소(3)를 프레스 및 가열함으로써 실행되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 건설용 샌드위치 패널 제조방법.
- 제 3 항에 있어서, 상기 2개의 금속제 구동 벨트가 서로 반대 방향으로 구동되는 것을 특징으로 하는 고강도 건설용 샌드위치 패널 제조방법.
