Claims (13)
- 이차원으로 배열된 복수의 화소를 갖는 전기 광학 장치로서,상기 이차원으로 배열된 복수의 화소 중, 정보 표시를 행하는 유효 표시 영역 내의 화소군(群)과,상기 유효 표시 영역에 인접하고, 상기 정보 표시에 기여하지 않는 의사(疑似) 화소군과,상기 유효 표시 영역 내의 화소군 및 상기 의사 화소군의 각 화소를 분리하는 뱅크막을 구비하고,상기 유효 표시 영역 내의 화소군 및 상기 의사 화소군의 각 화소에 발광 소자를 구비하는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 복수의 화소를 구비한 전기 광학 장치로서,상기 복수의 화소는,데이터 신호에 따라서 휘도가 설정되는 유효 표시 영역 내의 화소군과,상기 데이터 신호에는 휘도가 의존되지 않는 의사 화소군을 포함하고,상기 의사 화소군의 일부에는 테스트용 배선이 실시되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유효 표시 영역 내의 화소군의 각각의 화소에 대응해서 화소 회로가 설치되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 의사 화소군은 상기 유효 표시 영역의 적어도 한쪽에 배치되는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 유효 표시 화소군의 각 화소는 적어도 그 구성 요소의 하나가 잉크젯법으로 성막(成膜)된 기능층을 구비하고 있는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 잉크젯법으로 성막된 구성 요소는 유기 EL막인 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 6 항에 있어서,상기 유기 EL막은 고분자 재료로 형성되어 있는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 5 항에 있어서,상기 기능층에 접하여, 상기 잉크젯법에 이용되는 액체 재료에 대해서 친화성을 갖는 친액성 제어막이 형성되어 있는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 의사 화소를 사용하여 적어도 상기 성막의 균일성이 검사되는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 9 항에 있어서,상기 검사는 상기 의사 화소에 검사광을 조사하고, 그것에 의한 광 루미네센스 검출에 의해 행하여지는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 있어서,상기 의사 화소군이 설치된 영역의 아래쪽에 회로가 배치되는 회로 배치 영역이 설치되어 있는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 11 항에 있어서,상기 회로 배치 영역이 의사 화소의 구동과는 무관계한 회로의 회로 배치 영역으로서 이용되는 전기 광학 장치.
- 제 1 항 또는 제 2 항에 기재한 전기 광학 장치를 구비한 전자 기기.
