Claims (20)
- 집전체 상부에 형성된 양극 활물질층을 구비하는 양극으로서,상기 양극 활물질층은 단체황, 금속 설파이드 및 금속 폴리설파이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 형태의 황을 포함하는 양극 활물질을 포함하고,상기 양극 활물질층의 표면은 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 고분자 필름으로 피복되어 있으며, 상기 양극 활물질층내의 공극에는 상기 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 고분자 물질로 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름 및 상기 고분자 물질은 비닐기, 알릴기, 아크릴기, 메타아크릴기 및 에폭시기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 관능기를 1 분자당 1개 내지 6개 포함하는 모노머 및 상기 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 조성물이 중합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 모노머는 아크릴아미드, 디비닐벤젠, 부틸 아크릴레이트, 헥실 아크릴레이트, 트리메틸올프로판 트리아크릴레이트, 부탄디올 디아크릴레이트, 부탄디올 디메타크릴레이트, 디알릴숙시네이트, 디알릴말레이트, 디알릴수베레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디아크릴레이트, 에틸렌 글리콜 디메타크릴레이트, 에틸렌글리콜 디비닐 에테르, 트리테트라에틸렌디메틸아크릴레이트(TTEGDA), 폴리(에틸렌글리콜) 디아크릴레이트(PEGDA), 폴리에틸렌글리콜 디메타크릴레이트(PEGDMA), 폴리(에틸렌글리콜) 디비닐 에테르, 및 디글리시딜 에스테르로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 하나 이상인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 조성물은 상기 모노머 10 ~ 50중량% 및 상기 비수계 전해질 50 ~ 90중량%를 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.

- 제2항에 있어서, 상기 비수계 전해질은 비수계 용매 및 0.8 몰/ℓ ~ 2.5 몰/ℓ의 리튬염을 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- 제6항에 있어서, 상기 리튬염은 LiPF6, LiBF4, LiClO4, LiCF3 SO3, LiC4F9SO3, LiN(CF3SO2)2 및 LiAsF6로 이루어진 군으로부터 선택된 적어도 어느 하나인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 설파이드 및 금속 폴리설파이드는 각각 리튬 설파이드 및 리튬 폴리설파이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질층은 카본 블랙, 그래파이트, 카본 파이버, 공역 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 도전성 화합물 및 공역 탄소-질소 이중결합을 갖는 도전성 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 도전제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극.
- a) 리튬, 소듐, 리튬 합금, 소듐 합금, 리튬/비활성 황의 복합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 음극활물질을 포함하는 음극;b) 집전체 상부에 형성된 양극 활물질층을 구비하는 양극으로서,상기 양극 활물질층은 단체황, 금속 설파이드 및 금속 폴리설파이드로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 하나의 형태의 황을 포함하는 양극 활물질을 포함하고,상기 양극 활물질층의 표면은 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 고분자 필름으로 피복되어 있으며, 상기 양극 활물질층내의 공극에는 상기 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 고분자 물질로 충전되어 있는 것을 특징으로 하는 양극;c) 상기 음극 및 상기 양극의 사이에 배치되어 이들을 분리시키는 세퍼레이터; 및d) 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 리튬-설퍼 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 고분자 필름 및 상기 고분자 물질은 비닐기, 알릴기, 아크릴기, 메타아크릴기 및 에폭시기로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 관능기를 1 분자당 1개 내지 6개 포함하는 모노머 및 상기 비수계 전해질을 포함하는 조성물이 중합되어 형성된 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-설퍼 전지.

- 제1항에 있어서, 상기 금속 설파이드 및 금속 폴리설파이드는 각각 리튬 설파이드 및 리튬 폴리설파이드인 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-설퍼 전지.
- 제11항에 있어서, 상기 양극 활물질층은 카본 블랙, 그래파이트, 카본 파이버, 공역 탄소-탄소 이중결합을 갖는 도전성 화합물 및 공역 탄소-질소 이중결합을 갖는 도전성 화합물로 이루어진 군에서 선택된 적어도 어느 하나의 도전제를 더 포함하는 것을 특징으로 하는 리튬-설퍼 전지.
