Claims (13)
- 압축기(1), 응축기(3, 5), 주감압수단(EV1) 및 증발기(5, 3)가 고리 형상으로 접속된 냉매회로와, 상기 응축기(3, 5)와 상기 주 감압수단(EV1)과의 사이에 배설된 과냉각 열교환기(11)와, 상기 과냉각 열교환기(11)를 개재하여 상기 냉매 회로의 가스(gas)측과 액측과를 바이패스하는 바이패스배관(33, 34)과, 상기 바이패스 배관(33, 34)의 상기 과냉각 열교환기(11)의 상류측에 배설된 과냉각용 감압수단을 구비한 냉동장치로서,R32냉매 또는 R32를 적어도 70중량% 이상 함유하는 혼합냉매를 이용하는 동시에,상기 압축기(1)의 토출온도를 검출하는 토출온도 센서(21)와,상기 토출온도 센서(21)에 의해 검출된 토출온도를 판정하는 토출온도 판정부(10b)와,상기 토출온도 판정부(10b)의 판정 결과에 의거해서 상기 과냉각용 감압수단을 제어하고, 상기 바이패스 배관에 흐르는 냉매량을 제어하는 제어부(10a)를 구비한 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서, 상기 제어부(10a)는,상기 토출온도 판정부(10b)가 상기 토출온도가 상한 설정치를 넘었다고 판정하면, 상기 바이패스 배관(33, 34)에 흐르는 냉매량이 많아지도록 상기 과냉각용 감압수단을 제어하는 한편, 상기 토출온도 판정부(10b)가 상기 토출온도가 하한 설정치 미만이라고 판정하면, 상기 바이패스 배관에 흐르는 냉매량이 적어지도록 상기 과냉각 감압수단을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 1 항에 있어서,상기 과냉각용 감압수단은, 과냉각용 전동밸브(EV2)로서,상기 응축기(3, 5)의 응축온도를 검출하는 응축온도센서(22, 23)와,상기 증발기(5, 3)의 증발온도를 검출하는 증발온도센서(22, 23)와,상기 응축온도 센서(22, 23)에 의해 검출된 응축온도와 상기 증발 온도센서(23, 22)에 의해 검출된 증발온도와 상기 과냉각용 전동밸브(EV2)의 개도에 의거해서, 목표 토출온도를 산출하는 목표 토출 온도 산출부(10c)를 구비하며,상기 제어부(10a)는 상기 압축기(1)의 토출온도가 상기 목표 토출온도가 되도록, 상기 주 감압수단(EV1)을 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
- 제 3 항에 있어서,상기 증발기(3,5)의 증발기 출구온도를 검출하는 증발기 출구 온도센서(24, 25)를 구비하며,상기 제어부(10)는 상기 목표 토출온도 산출부(10c)에 의해 산출된 목표 토출 온도 및 상기 증발기 출구 온도 센서(24,25)에 의해 검출된 증발기 출구온도에 의거해서, 상기 주 감압수단(EV1) 및 상기 과냉각용 전동밸브(EV2)를 제어하는 것을 특징으로 하는 냉동장치.
